Yes you can buy NEO right now but you can also invest in coins like Paragon, Ripple and Power ledger. They are great for earnings and profitability. These are some very good coins.

Now is the best time to buy NEO if you are still looking for this coin then start buying it. As I've seen the market now, it is starting green now. But the percentage of increase isn't still much. Are you buying this for the want to have GAS coin? don't wait for another time before it increases.

No one could really predict the future of every coin now including NEO as even the famous experts are now becoming a fool for so many times by the bearish market as their opinions and predictions did not happen as desired. I suggest that you will observe the market for more couple of weeks as i have observed now that if you will buy the dip it dips even more.

I think its time for buying NEO. NEO is good coin and its already drop more than 90% from highest price. NEO is like ethereum and many token using NEO blockchain. I am believe NEO price will recover at least to $50

If you believe that market turn around you may buy any coin what you want including NEO, if market continue dropping neo will drop too, I have doubt that NEO will be stronger than all market.
