Speaking right or not, I don't think it's necessary to answer it when the current crypto market conditions have dropped all the price of coins. I think the answer is already there, that is buying. Not only NEO, but all coins are perfect if you buy.

You can buy NEO at 7.71$ per coin but do not invest all money in this coin now because it will drop more and may be decline to it's floor price. It is possible that it comes to price level of $2 and then if market persist in further crash then the decline will be more and possible the price will come to below $1.
If you doubt for the neo price you can wait more to decrease more the value and you can buy more neo and for sure you will earn more money because price of the neo will become hundred dollars again and I hope it will become thoussnds of dollars too.

NEO is indeed one of the great altcoins and invests on NEO in current prices will be able to deliver results. by having a platform that brings the economy certainly has its own advantages for NEO rises again and reach a price the better.

I have always thought that NEO is a very good coin because it has better technology and a stable team, but due to market reasons, all crypton prices are falling!
