NEO is the one of best coin in the coinmarketcap. I personally believe this is the time for buy some NEO. This time NEO is in a bottom of this year. And other good coins also in the bottom. But my personal opinion is don't invest your whole money to NEO. Because anytime can down the price.
if my suggestion is, you better buy it at the current price, who knows later that the end of the year the price of the NEO will soar. so before you are sorry, because it's too late not to buy at that low price, it's better to buy it now.
I think you should buy bitcoin first. Because market grow up when bitcoin raise up. After that you can buy altcoin with cheaper price. NEO is good for long-term because 10-15$ is good price to buy.
the only good strategy that i have seen in altcoin market is the strategy when you only buy altcoins that are starting to rise. in other words if for instance price is 0.0023BTC right now, you don't buy unless you see it rise to 0.003BTC. of course the number is just an example and price is not the only thing you look at but it shows a pumping on the way so you jump on board of that.
