I think it is high time to buy altcoins because all coins are very low value. So if you can invest your money at that moment I think you will be gainer after two or three months. So guys try to book your profit. 
Yes, it is a very good time to buy and hold altcoin now that the price of coin is low and you can get a reasonable profit from it by time the market recover from the bearish period and the bull period starts
