XVG is not the only one missing, I noticed before VTA (or some other penny coin that starts with a v) is missing too.

Yep, that's true. But i finally figured it out, if you check the ledger menu, it stills shows your coins, it seems they just turned off a lot of wallets for maintenance. I hope nothing shady is going on.

Anyone else has XVG balance missing?

Is it for everyone or just some of us?

My XVG balance is missing completely. And yet all of the other balances are intact. I have barely been able to actually log into the exchange today, since it seems like the exchange is on maintenance 24/7. Can anyone provide some explanation to this? What happened to my XVG?

Can anyone pull information of founders/ceo or team member? in case we need to put a police complaint?
I received an email of successful authorization but the page itself is under maintenance for 15 to 20min, apparently more than 3 hours now.

That maintenance dialog box is a random thing that's been happening every so-so. I don't think it's real tbh.

Hello team

I am unable to login to my account from a month. Your team replied to fix this issue in 2 to 3 days on 1st December and I never heard from them again despite sending few emails again.

While looking to other people issue, it seems like an exit scam?

anyway I don't know how difficult is for C-CEX ceo for calling a technician to fix the server issues. I have no problems waiting the 20th of January for withdrawal, but I'd like to trade and now is impossibile.

After failed withdraw my XVG coins disappeared from my balance. I have opened ticket: 532718 and they c-cex answered me "Hello! We see some issues with XVG withdrawals. We will look deeper into this problem after Jan, 20. All withdrawals served by now. All failed withdrawals were returned to balance.".

My XVG haven't returned to my balance.
I have no option to post a reply in the ticketing system.
I have DOGE in my balance but I don't have withdraw button.

C-CEX going on a vacation 30 days and before that they have practically disabled withdraws.

I think this is a robbery and c-cex are thieves and this story with a vacation when all of your clients have serious problems is fake.

This is the only explanation of this  situation.

I don't know if there are a way to sue them for what they are doing.
Hey there,

I've had a similar problem yesterday. Tried to withdraw 0.25 BTC (remaining change I had on the exchange after buying a few shitcoins), and after quite a few tries, it seemed to have worked. Got the confirmation mail and had to try some 20 times until the link appeared to work. Then it created a transaction ID shown in my history, but the 0.25 BTC never arrived in my wallet.

Support first gave me a copy & paste of the general "check if you have unconfirmed incoming tx" which I obviously don't have. Then they said I should try again because "it's working, now", but I don't have any BTC to try, anymore. ^^

I think it's just a technical issue. I know the operator of the exchange a bit (not much, really just a bit) from a common chatroom in the past, and he's really dedicated and trying to offer a good service. I'm pretty confident that once he's back from holiday, he'll resolve things. Smiley

.edit:
Please help me to recover my coin, this coin is all of my family Christmas!
You should really be ashamed for gambling with money you obviously can't go without. Guess you'll have to explain to your family why they won't get any christmas presents, this year.
Unfortunately on my case I don't have neither coins nor withdraw

All I care about is that when this is done I better get my coin, and be able to move and trade it on to another exchange where it will be worth something...  With XVG's rise this guy has already unwittingly played with a ~$30k USD increase for me, and if it hits anywhere near $1 it will be enough for some to think about retirement...  He is toying with peoples money, and when it comes to potentially destroying large amounts of it, and done to many people at the same time, it's certainly a dangerous game to be playing...

Withdraw are closed till 20th of January. It was written on website since 1 week....

Except that withdrawals were already failing 100% many days before the 20th of december. You see your customers having troubles, you fix it. You don't take off like that. "We're seeing problems with withdrawals, see you in a month!" That's batshit insane. Sorry to say.

IF I can get my crypto removed from their 'service', I will never look back again this shady malpractice.

Certainly not. If I was dumb I would have left my funds in C-Cex instead of pulling everything out months ago when the warnings signs first appeared..... Roll Eyes

The warning signs are there since the beginning with these "maintenance" and withdrawal you can even check on the pages off this topic , you don't even have funds on it Cheesy so why do you complain? you are just freaking out the other ones and we can't do nothing so what's the point? wait and see

And yeah that was just a statement if you thought i was an employeee.. and i can always see the balance for now and "maintenance" on the xvg wallet .. wait and see

Always ask questions. #StandWithHongKong
wait and see we can't do nothing for the moment if you are worried every 2 minutes you will not live, they will come back on 20th january

@ quantz75: Are you a C-Cex shill account, a C-Cex employee or both?  Every single post you have made has been in this thread trying to defend C-Cex - every single one.

Either way, trying to defend the indefensible will not work & makes you/C-cex look even more shady than they/you already are. Stop it.  Roll Eyes

My take:  This is a classic exit scam. Sorry to all those who will lose their coins - but the warning signs have been there for quite some time now.

...from what i have heard this is not the first time something like this happens with ccex.

And where did you hear this? Source?  My experience tells me that no other crypto exchange in history has closed down for a holiday leaving their customers unable to withdraw their funds. Never.

Are you dumb ?

Certainly not. If I was dumb I would have left my funds in C-Cex instead of pulling everything out months ago when the warnings signs first appeared..... Roll Eyes
