I won't lie, I'm a bit worried...  I can see that the coin has not left the exchange, and at this point I'm ok with that; I would just like to have it back in my account where I can buy/sell with it on the exchange...  

i hope that Yuri and the people who work there may be able to do that for us before Jan 20th...  I have 292k of XVG in purgatory, if it hits even $0.50 that stands to be a -lot- of money that could be lost if I can't manipulate it during that time...  I see a lot of prevalent people talking about Yuri in a good light, so I have hope that this will end up ok and that my coin isn't lost forever (in the C-CEX chat I saw folk talking about the XVG transfer system being broken for a few days now, so it's not an isolated thing), but man, the idea that they left the entire site to run in a limp mode with no support for an entire month is pretty balls-to-the-wall in my mind, and due to errors on their site it has potential to cost me a lot of money...

If anyone knows Yuri and Co. and can tell us stories about how wonderful they are I would love to hear them, if nothing else for some peace of mind right now...  Tongue

From December, 20 till approximately January 20 we will switch to "limited service" mode for New Year vacations.

We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals.
We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.

If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before December, 20. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.

I can't seem to withdrawal my crypto. And now a 'limit' maintenance period until the 20th of January? I want my crypto moved ASAP. I will keep bothering you until I get my crypto back.

Today I can't login.
It writes "Authorization - User not found or account disabled"
I create ticket and also write a letter to support, but still (>2h) have no answer.
Anybody had same troubles? Any ideas?

Indeed, much like yourself my plan was to HODL, but(!) I would like to have the option to control my coin when the Wraith madness hits!  Is this the norm for this exchange?  I’m seriously regretting throwing ~$20k USD into a place that handles support like this...  :/

If they’re truly MIA for a month, no tickets no support, then we’re doomed; nobody is monitoring and the hackers are going to have a field day beating this site until our coins fall out...

Ticket 532569 - I can see from the local time on your ticketing system that it isn’t the 20th yet, it’s not even 5p yet...

Your site failed to transfer    292508.57329397 XVG coin and now it’s stuck in limbo, fine, don’t transfer it, but I need it back in my C-CEX account at least!  This cannot wait until Jan 20th!  That’s just nuts for an issue caused by your site (as can be seen by the many other posters with the same issue).  You can’t just bail for a month straight and leave an entire exchange unmanaged, that’s nuts!  Please resolve!  Thanks!

I hope you can help with this.

I’ve been trying to withdraw XBY from the c-cex.com exchange for a week now, but the withdraw simply won’t happen (no transaction ID given, confirmation email sent or change in balance).

There is an info box that says ‘USD balance is negative’. My USD balance is 0 and apparently -0.027396 ‘in orders’ although there are no open orders. Not sure if this has anything to do with the issue or what this even means.

Their ‘support’ seems to be automated answers.

I have the issue that no transaction id generated for transaction but the amount is deducted and confirmation email is also not working.
Ticket ID:   532645 has been raised but no response received. I know from tomorrow c-cex will not work can someone please help me?Huh

they answered my ticket fixed the site for like 5 minutes now i cant access ledger again.  this fucking site i never had so much trouble just making deposits.    I have like 4 more coins i want to put here before work yet i cant even access the fkn ledger because the site is broken as fuck
