I think so?, if the government allows it to the country then that's the time that we can end the poverty. And also with the help of people that may work or invest in bitcoin. Bitcoin will definitely increase the economy if all of the people will cooperate. So how to increase economy with the use of bitcoin? Since bitcoin is a business once it is legalized then the government can make tax to those who are engaged in btc. And through tax, government will do programs or activities that will help to grow the economy.

In my opinion, bitcoin be a great tool to end worlds poverty if all people are willing to accept and learn it. Bitcoin is for everybody that ready to accept and learn about it. I’m sure that if a poor person wants’s to become wealth they will do all their best to achieve their dreams, and bitcoin can be a great tool to use because of the enormous amount of profit you can make.

I think no! Because theres a lot of goverment hate this and still banning this bitcoin but i think it can reduce not all but maybe a little it can reduce poverty because this bitcoin is very helpful to all people .
Poverty is the major problem of large number of countries and to remove this problem it will take long time and need some big steps but bitcoin is the only way which can reduce this problem up to high level and bitcoin have already taken step in this issue providing easy jobs to all type of people.

I think bitcoin will only be able to do that if it is already legalized all over the world. Bitcoin can only function when it is already known by many, the solution of poverty will fully depend on the people's decision knowing that bitcoin alone has no use if it is not being acquired by the people. Although bitcoin has a great value we should still consider the fact that without our decisions, it will be useless in ending world poverty.

For some reasons, I don't think bitcoin alone has the capability to do that instead we should look forward with our goverment with the things they are doing. If the government of a certain country is corrupted and has some greedy politicians, the chances that the poverty within their area is too far from happening. We cannot rely on bitcoin with this matter, we should change our ways and start ending the poverty with ourselves inch by inch.

Investing in bitcoin might help us to be rich or richer. But maybe it is not the solution to end poverty. Because at the very beginning, discipline is kost important. Even you have millions of money as long as you don't have the discipline on how to use your money, you will end up nothing. Discipline is the key to end poverty. If you have discpline in studying, in your work, in time, i'm very sure poverty will end.

Bitcoin may reduce the world's poverty, but, how individuals can manage and measure the ability to use it .. Every individual must be in the obligation to master the science of bitcoin and must know what bitcoin ?? The point is we have to be smart, in bitcoin it takes intelligence, that's my opinion.

Bitcoin is not a magic wand which will end world poverty. It simply doesn't have the power to end such a massive thing. Also bitcoin is not a payment system anymore. We have moved to a different goal long back, when the confirmation time increased and transaction fees hiked. These confirmation time and transaction fees is going to be increased again and again. So we will move from the initial goal further.

Bitcoin has now purely became an investment asset. IT can provide a huge return which any other conventional investment will never be able to offer ever. So I take bitcoin purely as an investment and a trading asset. I earn profit  and keep it for the future.
I dont think bitcoin can end the world poverty because bitcoin is not already know by all people. It can help the poor but it doesnt solve the world poverty unless it is teached to all people and bitcoin is our primary currency all around the world.

Well the title is a bit clickbait since the article does not really say that bitcoin will end poverty but the blockchain technology. I think that might be true, but only if politics get involved and change the rules accordingly. And I honestly don’t see that coming.

I don't think it will end World Poverty since Bitcoin only helps those who invest in it. As far as I know, the poor and those who do not have internet don't have the means to do so.

I do not think so that because of the existence of Bitcoin, the long term problem with regards to the world poverty can now be resolved because Bitcoin was not really a powerful thing that can make the poverty gone. If you were thinking that because it can provide money for income is now it can resolve the poverty, then it is not. Poverty is not just about money. It is also about the resources. What will you do with those money if in your place you do not even have those resources you need to satisfy your needs? It can just lessen the effect but cannot totall resolve it.

I doubt it. First of all, majority of the world’s population below or on the poverty line. Meaning, most of the people on the planet have no access to the internet. With this, no Bitcoin for them. Second, it will take tons of effort to be able to educate and make people understand what Bitcoin is. Third, corruption is rampant in the governments. With this existing, with or without Bitcoin, poverty will remain in the system.

Very good answer, it resumes basically all the issue around the ideas, furthermore things resulted of bitcoin implementation can help to boost the entire world economies, even these underdeveloped if the technology falls in the right hands

The value of things come from how much work is put into. As long as that's the case, people are not going to work, build things if they don't need to. So there's always going to be richer and poorer.

No because poverty is human issue. BTC cannot work on its own. It still need services from people. Btc can only help the needy. If we encourage ourselves to work, we can help our economic life increase. If that happens then we can lessen the cause of poverty.
It is true situation that our country men encounter people are lazy to find way on how they can move on that poverty sincebitckin is there you only need is to grab the opportunity to use it not because the bitcoin itself it can help you in the way you wanted no , inspirstion to use bitcoin atleast a little bit knowledge about trading. It will increasing our econnomy soon.

In my opinion, No and it depends on a person if he/she have knowledge on computer and even analyzing the priced of bitcoin. But the very important are have patience and hard working. Bitcoin is not a magic that people invest now then tomorrow is you can make huge profit. It's hard to end poverty even bitcoin can't vanished poverty.

In addition, bitcoin can only be used for those who have internet access, as we know that there are still many countries that do not have good internet access so that this does not bring any impact to them.
You need Internet access and while that is a limitation at the same time it is not such a great thing, even in some of the poorest places in my country people can still get access to computers and the Internet for free in libraries and schools, obviously using such devices to access your bitcoin is risky but it could be a way for people to use bitcoin without owning a computer themselves.
