It can be hacked only when you do something wrong. Many MEW wallets were hacked using phishing pages. You wont have to worry as the keys are kept safe. Make sure you don't use public computers to access MEW wallet.

Yes it should hack if you don't able to use it properly .There is some restriction should follow if you want to avoid hacking. You must store your private key in secret either it will be the main reason to your wallet hack. There is a fee good role to follow what is given on the site. You just need to keep going on that way. So you can be safe. Don't disclose or share your private key to others.
In my candid opinion, if your private key is kept private, there VI's no way your MEW account can be hacked.

so far myetherwallet is safe unless you will give your private key to others. Few of my friends also using tgis wallet as far as i know no one gets hacked.
I think Myetherwallet is the very secure wallet. And it is very difficult due to the private key. As you seen that in private keys totally 64 character including numbers.so i think it's impossible to hack the myetherwallet.But if you share your private keys with any other person then he/she can access you account and they can also withdraw your money.so i suggest you to never share your private key with any person.
Hi, i have backupped my pvkeys on an usb stick. I wrote it also down on a piece of paper. My computer broke. I put a metal pin through the harddrives. I will not buy a new pc soon. So i wont check in on myetherwallet for some time. I cant click on phishing links. My question is : are my funds safe? Can myetherwallet get hacked? Can my funds dissapear even when i have no computer, hid my keys? Im to stupid to work with a ledger or trezor. Can something happen to it like with the parity/kill?
Your tokens are safe as long as you don't unwittingly enter your private key to any fake site. There are some instances when a website asks for you private key and copies your private key and slowly transfers your funds. It doesn't matter if you wont be able to access your wallet as log as your private key is secured.

I think myetherwallet web site is geniune web site. It is secure site.Web site operators has sound IT knowledge. So low posibility to hack myetherwallet. But don't forget a lot of hackers in the world and they are very clever

Your wallet is safe as long as your not using compromise PC for accessing the balance. There are ways to check the balance without using the UTC file. Just make sure that the site you visit is the correct URL.

i think your funds is safe. myetherwallet is a online store so your money will stay in internet, maybe i don't what risk you get but i think your funds is safe you just need to have your private key of myetherwallet and you will not lost your funds.
