you will find many bounties but finding quality bounties is getting harder. this is a result of a bad market situation and too many ICO scams.
it's better to do a lot of bounty, maybe you find 1 project that pays.

Your rank is acceptable to participate in a Signature Campaign,if you want to find a good Bounty you can check it in the listing website like ICOBench but don't be satisfied that they are listed because some of the projects that is listed there are scam,so you need to research it well so that you can select a good project.
There are many ICO which provide stakes for signature bounty with Jr Memeber ranking in Bounty thread. Some ICO are allowing Newbies as well, you just need to find the bounty. Try Bounties thread in BCT and ICODROPS.
I think there`s a thread in this forum that discuss regarding about your problem. What are you trying to participated? Are you looking for Signature or Social Media campaigns? Because there are different types of campaigns in one bounty and not all lower ranks can actually participate.

I can advise you the bounty program project AltairVR, where you can participate with the smallest rank is still open in many different ways and the bounty will last at least another month,you can earn good money and gain good experience, and I will say that there are very good managers.

Almost every bounty has a signature campaign for a Junior member. You need to find a bounty with a small number of participants and a large pool allocated to the bounty.
Now there are many signatures that can be taken by Jr.Member and they can get not bad coins if they take a good bounty (signature), for example, the signature of Amazix
In many companies, your rank on the forum is not important, except for the signature. You can join any company
