Dear Cex,

Up to now, I have perfectly withdrawal my money via VISA withdrawals and all transactions added to my bank account in 2 days, but since 25th of January I made 7 withdrawals and none of them added to my bank account, all payments are accepted in your side, but when I call to the bank they say; there is no incoming payment to my VISA. I opened tickets but automatic answer responded and closed the ticket. In conclusion I didn't received any payment, I reaaly need your assistance because I have delayed several personal utility and loan payments because of your payment delays.

Ok, so my USD transfer was canceled, the funds credited back to my CEX account (after more than 1 month from transfer request), and all USD withdrawals are suspended.
This is the email where they suggest alternatives:


Dear user,
We would like to inform that your wire withdrawal with the status “Sent” was recently rejected. The funds were credited to your CEX.IO balance.

What is the Reason?
Currently, our USD and GBP wire payment processor is overloaded with requests. So, we have decided to reject your withdrawal so that your funds are not stuck in the banking system.
We fully understand that it will cause certain inconvenience, but we do take care of the safety of your funds and cannot support inadequate processing timeframes.

How to Withdraw my Money?
Please pay attention that USD and GBP wire withdrawals are temporarily suspended. While we are working on re-enabling USD and GBP wire withdrawals, you are welcome to use another withdrawal method:
- to your card;
- in crypto;
- in EURO using SEPA payment option (it is working properly).

Kindly note that we have increased the withdrawal limits for transfers in EUR. The updated information can be found in our Payment Options section.

So could please anyone from CEX explain how to perform the EURO SEPA withdrawal with USD funds on cex???(the method in red)

I really hope it is possible to proceed with that method as they suggest, otherwise this it would look like another confusing/delaying move from cex support (like when they told me the USD have been wired to me, on Jan 12th... and was simply not true)



Hello Cex, any feedback on this? You suggest to use EUR SEPA for people like me with USD funds blocked on Cex... how does that work?

This is the 2nd time this week... I missed 2 ICO's because of this...
It is incredible... After fiat and crytocapital, we are not able to withdraw e currency either...

all of my outstanding transactions have been made with the current bank account as of today, but the time varies between 7 bank days and 3 bank days.

I was told on the system that my usd withdrawal with ID 5387865539 was SENT to my bank account (after waiting 10 days for preparation) and was asked to wait 20 days.

But now I see that the money is not sent, instead CEX deposited that money to my account and it shows in my balance!!!

Why did you tell me that my USD withdrawal was approved and even sent to the bank? Why did you keep my money on hold for 3 weeks?

And you claim you are not a scam?

They are practically a scam, they wont steal your money but they will hold it for weeks/months which leads to people losing money and time, they are totally unprofessional.

Unfortunately, such situation happened as our payment processor for wire transfers faces a large queue of requests and the transactions were delayed. Now, you can withdraw your funds to card or in crypto. We are sorry for the caused inconvenience, but it was a forced step.

Yeah but, what about verification taking months just to comeback as negative because ID expired? What about all the tickets that are unsolved for weeks/months. Then someone comes here posts his ticket and you ''escalate'' it. Shouldn't you guys fix your whole system first instead of escalating any tickets?

I've been waiting for my money $ 9 890 from Crypto Capital since December, 14th 2017 for 25 business days - 6 weeks !!!!

You guys deleted all my mobile version request and changed mobile support interface so I couldn't find all numerous requests I'd sent you earlier...

As we have learned, the Crypto Capital just experiences delays in payment processing due to high load of requests. Still, we will try to clarify the situation.


Do you have any idea how long it will last?
