They have running contest in their site they I saw some several contest posted on X. So with those things, chip.gg is doing fine with promotion.

Maybe the one they need is to extend their reach to other audiences since they also need to market their casino to other platforms. Or maybe they should try to see if they afford to have collaboration to famous personalities which can help to market their brand well to wide audiences.
