Hi there. I have a rig of 4 RX 470 with Claymore 8.1 miner running on Win10.
From time to time I'm getting error "Miner thread hangs, need to restart miner!". And the sad part is that it's not restarting until I press something on keyboard.
VBios isn't modified, Core clock/Mem clock: 1100/2100. Part of log is bellow.
What can it be?

Hello guys, I have a question. While I am successful mining ETH, I am totally unable to dual mine . Probably is something very stupid I am missing in the options settings, but I am receiving constantly an error from the DCR or LBC pool:
“DCR: Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec...”
I am introducing as options settings like these:

You are using "-dcoin pasc". Shouldn't you use "-dcoin dcr" instead?
True, copy pasting error. Edited orignal post. Dont have it in the string. You actually dont need to specify -dcoin if dual mining dcred.
You have to use your username, not wallet address, for suprnova... ie: -dwal SNusername.HomePC -dpsw x
You'll put your wallet address in your suprnova settings and can transfer out from there.

Does anyone know whether the latest driver for GTX1070 is suitable for the current Claymore miner?
I'm currently driving some RX480 + 470, and intending to add a GTX1070 in my miner (I already have one for different purpose).
GTX1070 now seems good for ETH+DCR mining adespite of high power consumption.

you cant mine dcr only with claymore the most you can do is set -ethi 0 -dcri 80/100
Ok thanks, been tinkering around with it but no luck so far. I will try this. I wonder how much better this miner would hash if it could solo mine decred though.

Sorry, i'm new in this of the claymore miner. What's the most profitable coin to dual mining? ether plus what? I don't care about electricity bill, i live on a country that electricity its almost gifted. Which is the best coin to dual mine with amd and which is the best for nvidia? Today i just have a 1060 3gb, but i have a rx 470 4gb coming. Can someone help me introduce? lol Oh, and i need the 372.54 drivers for nvidia or use the latest given by geforce experience? same question for amd
Eth+Dcr seems good for amd. And I recommend 16.9.2 driver for amd

Confirm that you have the proper worker and pw setup in suprnova section for DCR. Also this is what I specify for DCR pool address, not sure if it makes a difference.

@claymore Using Nicehash miner's Claymore dual miner gives 15% to 20% rejected shares on second coin. Any way to fix this ?
You can try to change pool.

The best solution is to change your ISP if all devfee pools fail for you, also use pool that accepts wallet address directly so miner can use same pool for devfee mining.
