Wanted to ask how much ETH per day does a 470/480 produce?

I used to mine in the past and would like to have a go at the sport once again

Friends, I currently have 2 Rig, one with R9 280x and one with Rx 470, I have mined EXP and DCR together that give me for each R9-280x U $$ 1.64 and in RX 470 U $$ 1,57 ..

Config.
EthDcrMiner64.exe -mode 0 -epool exp-us.dwarfpool.com:8018 -ewal xxx -epsw x -eworker xxx -xxx -etha 1 -allcoins exp -dpool stratum + tcp: //stratum.decredpool.org: 3333 - Dwal xxx.xxx -dpsw xxx -dcoin dcr -dcri 25

Are there any good configurations for Dual Mining in
R9-280

When start mining with an additional rig how do I specify a worker name?

By using -eworker parameter?
-ewal eth wallet address/user.worker/[email protected]

Example: -ewal 0xb1205673c6c573a92d811169d22684915332b2a5/PC.gpu/[email protected] The email is if you want to be emailed if your rig goes down. Dwarfpool only uses the PC part of the name given in this example, while others might use the user.worker format.

Hi sir Claymore  Smiley
Will you add the possibility of dual mining for ubiq (UBQ)? This is potentially a good coin, and solo UNQ in 10% less profitable dual Expans + DCR. Think about it.
https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-UBQ
https://whattomine.com/coins/173-ubq-ethash

Currently I don't plan to add it.

Code:
12:30:30:451 141c socket was closed remotely
12:30:30:451 141c ETH: Connection lost, retry in 5 sec...
What does it mean?
-mport is disabled
Thanks!

It means that connection to the pool was closed remotely, i.e. by pool.

Any idea on how to fix this keeps on happening on 480 cards

WATCHDOG: GPU 1 hangs in OpenCL call, exit
WATCHDOG: GPU 1 hangs in OpenCL call, exit
Restarting OK, exit... crashes and have to restart system as claymore wont exit or close

This happened when I was dual mining. I ended up having to restore the BIOS on a couple of cards back to the original. They couldn't handle the extra stress from dual mining with the modified BIOS.

Try ETH + PASC, it's working quite nice... with an intensity of -dcri 15

Which pascal pool do you suggest ? I tried nanopool & suprnova

Try Claymore's miner using Nicehash gui to see if it works.

Hello there, i made my first rig, but i have some problems with it. Every 6-7-8 hours it stops working, pool sends me a mail that my rig is not working, i connect through teamviewer and just press S to show what is going on, and miner restarts and continues normally.

This is end of log from claymore miner, and every time i had this message Miner thread hangs, need to restart miner!

I tried different versions of claymore but it just stops working after a while

Hello BTC Members.

I have 1 question about graphics card please answer me.

This Model (XFX Radeon RS RX 480 DirectX 12 RX-480P836BM 8GB 256-Bit) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150774 How many MH/s generating ethereum Today?

Without modding around 25MHs.

And will go up to 29 mh/s modding i'm right?

With Claymore miner's own over-clocking features, it is able to make it over 27.5 MH/s for me.

However, I think if you go cruel on it and over-clock it too much, it'd be able to pass 29 MH/s.

Hi @Raja_MBZ how you overclock using claymore?
You can use these commands.

-cclock   set target GPU core clock speed, in MHz. If not specified or zero, miner will not change current clock speed. You can also specify values for every card, for example "-cclock 1000,1050,1100,0".
Unfortunately, AMD blocked underclocking for some reason, you can overclock only.
Note: for NVIDIA cards this option is not supported.

-mclock   set target GPU memory clock speed, in MHz. If not specified or zero, miner will not change current clock speed. You can also specify values for every card, for example "-mclock 1200,1250,1200,0".
Unfortunately, AMD blocked underclocking for some reason, you can overclock only.
Note: for NVIDIA cards this option is not supported.

-powlim set power limit, from -50 to 50. If not specified, miner will not change power limit. You can also specify values for every card, for example "-powlim 20,-20,0,10".
Note: for NVIDIA cards this option is not supported.

-cvddc   set target GPU core voltage, multiplied by 1000. For example, "-cvddc 1050" means 1.05V. You can also specify values for every card, for example "-cvddc 900,950,1000,970". Supports latest AMD 4xx cards only in Windows.
Note: for NVIDIA cards this option is not supported.

Good day.

There is a way to change coin without stopping the mine of eth, example is mining in dcr and with a key switch to sc.

Is it possible, that with a Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+ OC 8GB  (1342 MHz) I do not get more than 28.1 MH/s ? And I have uploaded a BIOS with adjusted timing straps (2000)
If I raise the memory from 2000 MHz to some higher values, it has no effect. The miner is showing the same values: 28.1

Look for GPU mining treads to learn how to do it.
Lower gpu clock ( i.e. 1131) and raise voltage as needed . than memory clock will function. And temp has limiting factor.

Yes i did look at all the Hw forums, but it was working for everyone.
Look.. it applies to first gpu only. The others are lowered from 28.1 to 27.8
