Since flypool is stabile enough i didn't set epools file for failover pools but i decided to do that just to guarantee mining nonstop. After that, i get this error in red text at the beginning of miner start : "no address specified - ignore". It seems it's not a problem since i'm mining with no problem whatsoever. I checked my epools.txt, it seems in order but maybe i'm missing something. I'm just curious what creates that error?

add to the config file as a line again "-allpools 1". Eventhough Claymore says there is no need for nicehash to put this line, actually it seems still needed.

Good job for v1.1.  The Linux version is a bit faster than my optimized silentarmy kernel... for now.  :-)

Nay, your version is actually faster than Claymore's on my RX480's

Miners developer
The new 1.1 gives me 100% rejected shares on suprnova havent tested any other pools but since i dont need any of the features of 1.1 and i like suprnova.

May be wrong credentials in your command line or config.txt? For such issues I need to see the log file.

The version 1.1 beta reports the total speed as H/s instead of Sol/s like version 1.0. However, actually it is Sol/s not H/s since when I check my speed on my nicehash page it says so. Then, there is a typo needs to be fixed. As everybody involved in Zcash knows that 1 H/s equals 2 Sol/s.

Both v1.0 and v1.1 report speed in H/s. Miner does not send any hashrate info to pool. Your pool may calculate speed in Sol/s, but it is not related to the miner. Again: all versions of the miner show speed in H/s.

Claymore - you are CRAZY man!!! 38sol/s from old r7 370\2G!!!! I'm confused! GREAT!

Hi - Relative newbie here, but I've got a beginning rig up running with the same card (Sapphire if it matters, Win10 with 16.9.2 drivers).   I've been reading as many threads as I can keep up with, but I still have a couple of questions.  I'm getting about 33 H/s according to the miner.  How does H/s relate to sol/s?  Have you done any tuning?  I'm not sure if I'm up to modding the bios in this card, but if there are any memory/temp settings in config.txt that you can share, it would be most appreciated!  Thanks in advance for sharing as well as all of the fantastic information on the boards and in the community!!

Exactly what I experienced.

With claymore I'm getting 32H/s with my 380X's - with amd gpu pro drivers. The nerdralph-silentarmy miner makes around 27 or so...

Does anybody know a way to squeeze a little more out of my cards? Would using the recommended driver make more hashes? Thanks!

I can only get my RX 470 4GB to run at 1800 with the (1500 strap hacked bios). At 1900 or 2000 it gives BSOD. No idea how you guys can run a 4GB @ 2000mhz without instant BSOD.
I can run my strap modded 470s up to 2000Mhz but it wont gain that much speed. I am trying to find the sweetspot, current at 1930Mhz.
No bsod problems on any rigs, i run strap mod on all my RX gear.

I am on Win 10 on all rigs.

What core clock?
I'm getting 42-43 on average on my 1500 strap MSI 470 4GB with core 1100/900 and memory 1850/900.

VERSION 1.1

Working fine for me on flypool.

Using a R9 280 (not X version) and getting 45-48H/s using 1200/1500 clock settings

I'm using windows 10 64bit, catalyst driver 15.12. Anybody know of any way I may be able to squeeze a bit more performance out my card for ZEC (sorry if its a obvious answer but i'm pretty new to all this)?

@claymore

Are 380x optimized as well? Its getting way lesser hashrate as compared to 280x?  Huh

7950/7970/280x are almost certainly performing better than 380x as they have a 384bit memory bus as opposed to the 380x 256bit memory bus, and this gives them more raw memory bandwidth.

There is probably nothing claymore can do about this "issue". 380x just don't lend themselves very well to mining ZCash it seems.

For similar reasons, my 290xs are all faster than my RX480s. 512bit memory bus vs 256bit memory bus. No amount of overclocking the RX480 memory bus makes up for the lack of memory bus width.
