I am not aware of a chip order from you.

Could you please check if I missed it, or you ordered your chips from someone else and just posted in the wrong thread?

Edit: Never mind, my script is trying to catch some general mistakes, but fails to recover from typos in usernames Wink

Didn't burnin ordered many chips himself, so he would also get quite some dev chips? Don't get me wrong, I'd like to support burnin, I will also send him my chips for assembly, but - Is there any sense in providing more chips to burnin?

I'd like to support another person around my area (germany, switzerland, austria..) who maybe into something.

That's actually what I asked those projects asking for samples: introduce your project and state your demand for sample chips. Even if people are not going to manufacture your boards, they might want to give you their support.

I guess that's not all too much to ask for - otherwise anyone could claim working on some open source project and beg for samples.

It's worth pointing out that daemondazz and I are both owners of the Caterpillar project (see link in my sig). Any support (plus our own chip buys) for either of us should go to Caterpillar.

Please allocate my 0.15 samples to stripykitteh, that's probably easiest. Thanks!

Thanks, updated. I am not following all active projects and need to rely on the requests posted.

There are many projects which are build around the designs from burnin and bkkcoins.
So i think the main developers deserves the sample chips and not the "resellers" of them.

Only around ~35% of chips sold are assigned to a project so far, so please make up your mind during the next weeks and decide who should get your portion of sample chips.

There are quite some projects with zero support so far. You should promote your project and motivate people to give you their portion of sample chips - or if you  realize you can't convince enough supporters to get at least one sample chip to withstand from your request and delegate them to some other project.

Reminder: correct Approach to get Sample Chips

I have been approached by numerous folks asking for more samples than they are entitled for by the chips they paid for. I am really sorry, but there is absolutely no way to make it other than getting support from those who do not need them. Almost two thirds have not yet decided, maybe you can convince some of them to support your project.
