so far still waiting for batch 1 miners to come in. the distributor should be getting them in here soon and then off to me.
So as far as a deadline there is not one as of yet. But that can change quick. All depends on when the distributor lets me put in a batch 2 order.

Thx, I'm relaxed now. Hope You will announce the deadline for payment.

What is the deadline for batch 2 payment and expected delivery of batch 2? I'm in for 2 ASIC scrypt miners. Collecting coins, should be capable to pay today or latest tomorrow. Should I speed up?

That is it.  Thank you so much demonmaestro.  I didn't notice in the link you sent me that the power supply cord had the ends split.  I thought it was a standard ATX power supply cord.

Hopefully this information helps out everyone trying to figure out how to power their units once they arrive.

For those asking about power.
here is the power supply that is used in the photo's and is a fairly standard industrial power supply 30 Amp will drive 5
in either mode. and be safe. if you are going to stay in scrypt mode exclusively .5 amps per unit can safely run more
than probably be secured without connection issues. (could in theory connect 60 although I always allow 10% on continuous rating)

This power supply will allow you to run 15 at full power.  (slightly more actually)

Would be interesting to see the power draw on the new firmware to allow for calcultions on a power supply:) although the 30 amp one would
be a very safe range if staying on scrypt, I don't see it going above 12 watts per unit. at that you could drive 27 without issue.

BTW a fairly standard laptop power supply would drive one of these.

Thank you very very much sir.  I have been trying to figure out how I'm going to power this unit for days.  I sprung for the 12V30A as I would like to purchase a few additional units down the line.

You said a fairly standard laptop power supply would drive one of these.  Did you mean the Gridseed unit or the power supply itself?

What do I need to drive the power supply?  I don't see a standard plug on the power supply in the pictures I have seen of people mining with these.  I have seen two (sometimes three) wires connected to the AC.  I assume I need something else to take the power from the wall into those AC inputs.  What do I need to power the 12V 30A power supply from the wall?  (I'm in the US if it helps on the type of power brick I need).

Sorry if these questions seem ridiculous.  I've been mining for a while first with USBs on MinePeon and now with cubes connected to the GS800 Corsair power supply.  However, this Gridseed unit has been a jump above my knowledge.  If you could link me to what I need I would appreciate it.  Also if you could PM me an address I'd like to send you a small tip.

I don't know if I asked this, but the grids come with the power lead, and the usb cable?

when is Batch2 deadline?

well considering we already met our quota. but as soon as the distributer lets me put in the payment for batch 2. so far they are waiting to get all of batch 1 shipped out.

To my knowlage yes they should come with the usb cable and power lead.
