Hello my account is blocked since Monday, January 14th and I sent the identity documents the same day
How long does it take ?

Nobody knows except the one whom you submitted your documents. Ask for updates to know on how long it will take your account to be processed as of now you wait for it i'm sure it will be done sooner or later.  That's all I can share for a fellow forum member.

why you and game protect you have -64 in trust ?

cause some DT members are being paid to promote them, so they give red trust to everybody revealing Cloudbet's true face

anyway that  doesn't matter to me, half of this forum are scammers (and big game scammers, not for small bucks) - set my trust to only me, i don't even see that (their opinion is worthless)

any decent forum would ban Cloudbet after at least 50 scam reports

Bitcointalk is corrupt as hell

@4x4et - Come on now, the only person that has given you red trust that's in any way related to Cloudbet would be Hhampuz, who gave you red trust after you spammed his Cloudbet bounty campaign thread. The rest of the your negative trust seems to originate from your actions as a seller, and the arguments you have had with other forum members.

@Get-Paid.com - DT = Default trust, people who are well known and trusted to review the actions of others on the forums. When they leave a trust feedback it shows at the top of a persons 'trust' page on their profile. Non DT members can also leave feedback, but it goes under the 'untrusted feedback' tab and needs to be expanded to view (basically it's given less 'weight' as a review than if it came from a DT member).

The threads @KingZee helpfully linked should help cadd more details to my rough explanation  Smiley

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Ha ha very funny - "any way related"

"who gave you red trust after you spammed his Cloudbet bounty campaign thread " - what to expect from a pathological liar except lies

problems with me as a seller don't exist, I dont steal people's bitcoin like your criminal company - if there ever was a problem, I always refunded

Can I ask what are "DT members"? What DT is standing for?

DT means DefaultTrust.

DefaultTrust is now changing into DT1 which is the main list, and DT2 which is a list of users that were collectively included from DT1 members.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust Click here and scroll to see the list of DT1 members

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/defaulttrust-changes-5095156 This is the thread about the changes to the old DefaultTrust

Cloudbet, a few days ago I asked support about matches.
when i unlogged - I see a lot of matches in game, tennis, footbal etc.
but when i login to my account - I see only 25% of matches that I see when be unlogged.

second problem min bet size - you writed that you accept bets from 0.0001 btc, but why when I try to place bet - I receive a message that min bet is 0.0007?
third problem. 80% bets cant be placed because something wrong - or just - you cant place this bet.

4th - verefication - why i must sent to you my pass Id and utility bill and selfie with date?  - its normal for btc bookmaker?

1. i see that they are still using that quote-changes scam

2. you don't have, it's invading your privacy

since the thread has been gloriously free of support issues

I had to say it didn't I  Wink

@Akferrari13 - Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you are running into some issues with our service.

We've had some similar reports about the missing lines from players on here before, and thanks to the detail provided by players like yourself, our sportsbook teams are getting closer to locating the cause of the issue and providing a fix. I'll post any updates I receive on the investigation ASAP on here.

Regarding the minimum stakes, could you please let me know the event you were trying to bet on? Our minimum should be 0.0001 BTC so if it's higher theres a good chance there's a bug causing it and I'd like our teams to take a look into this for you.

I'm not sure what could be causing your bets to not be placed, but if you let me know your Cloudbet nickname I'll ask out support teams to investigate for you. I know we had a small amount of downtime recently with updates from providers, but it shouldn't effect your ability to bet in the longterm.

The KYC verification is only requested when certain flags have been raised, usually as a way of confirming account ownership so we can ensure our players funds are secure.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Afternoon all, I've got some happy news to share on this dreary Friday afternoon!

As some of you might be aware, I regularly give out free spins as competition prizes and flash bonuses.

I've just been told that one lucky player last week managed to win big from 20 free spins, initially nabbing around 0.1 BTC in bonus funds before rolling them over to make a tasty 0.2 BTC withdrawal!

The best part? (well, not for my stats but you know...) this was all done without a single deposit to Cloudbet!

Keep an eye on our thread and our regular competitions in 'Games and Rounds' and the next big winner could be you!  Grin

Hope you all have a great weekend!

@cloudbet - why you guys ignore guys you don't like to respond to?

1) @game-protect fairly asks you about the license. Where is it? Show it.
2) some other guy asked you for your btc wallet to see that you indeed have money to pay out. Show it.

Don't tell any bullshit it is for protection or for money laundering because that shit you could pull if it weren't crypto. This is crypto, you have NO way to 'lose' your btc once you get them there... which leads me...

3) I did a test with you:
I deposited $50 in crypto a couple days ago - new account - only account - all shits for which I read reports you previously froze money.
I played... the entire $50 and I won.
To my surprise - when I clicked request withdrawal... it said "you have to play 100% of your balance first".
My question is: why is that? It's my money and I can play $1 or none at all... and request it back. It's a balance, not a spenditure.
What money laundering - you consider your players here such idiots? Nobody wants to send to your wallet and withdraw it for money laundering reasons - they can get it easily if they wanted by using any btc mixing service. So that bullshit reason is solved.
Now I can't withdraw my winnings, and I can't withdraw my base deposit. Why is that?

And you claim you are not a scam!

Any serious and normal gambling website would allow players to win.

There are more and more reports about you scamming. Are all those fake?

I now witnessed and experienced it first hand - you do pull stunts not to pay out, and not to allow a withdrawal. To some you allow it to get the ball running (and especially losers)... but since I had a lucky win on the first game I bet...  (for which by the way I asked your chat guys if I can cancel it as I made it by accident and they said "no" - even though it was a full day in advance and only 3 minutes after I made it!!)... my bet won... and you guys showed your true face.

Fuck $50. I don't care. But I'll keep on posting this message from now, onwards... even pay $50 to some filipino to post it everywhere ongoing so that people know who you are.

I repeat (for my own joy): fuck your "you can't withdraw until you play 100% of your balance" policy.

So it means I pay $100 and I bet $90 and I win... I can't withdraw back my money? Why? Clowns, tell me... why?
And in my case... I DID play 100% because I invested the whole amount.

Need proof? You have full permissions to share my account, history, and everything... it's clean as a whistle: new acc, only one deposit, only one bet, only one win, 100% of amount used and you... scammers... forbidding withdrawals. Because I won?

Fuck you!

probably they have to pay that swedish whore Hampuz, so they have to steal from their players

Afternoon all,

Hope you are having a good Tuesday!  Smiley

LTU_btc - Really sorry for the delay in getting you some answers, I haven't heard anything since I passed on your details to support and bug tracking for investigation.

There were a couple of other similar cases that were all rolled into one ticket which is still currently being worked on by our teams. I'll send the team lead a message now and ask for an update on progress.

Still better investment than 99% of ICO's lol Cheesy

I agree, but not by much  Wink

^  Lol.  I would never know.  I have never ever invested in ICO's.  But I do trade in and out of their tokens once listed at exchanges with decent volume.

They're not the only gambling site that forces you to wager 100% of your deposit. You say that you don't care but on your long post you sounded like you do care. If Cloudbet is a scam they should've been tagged by a DT already.

Hi Cloudbet, I'm gonna make a deposit of .01 BTC and bet on Man United to win the CL at 42.  I'll be cashing out .42 BTC if I win...  Would you block it and ask for my ID for verification?
Probably not. Last time i've used them all of my withdrawal requests were processed smoothly and they didn't ask for any kind of verification. I think they'll only ask for your ID or verification if you break one of their rules.

Ah alright then...  I got the BTC on the way and I'm actually making that (long shot) bet.  Lololol.  Let's call it a 'high risk, high reward investment.  Cheesy

I hope you get it - I love sharing those type of stories on Twitter!  Grin

@Cloudbet, maybe you have some news about my issue? I asked about it last time more than month ago... I just tried to make few bets and I'm just getting this error: "
YOUR BET WAS NOT PLACED
Please contact our customer service team if you would like to place a bet on this event"
Maybe I should make new account or what Cheesy?
