I must agree with @Mahdirakib especially while you're sports betting.

I'm not against "Casino or Slot" player but mostly Sportbetting is always have higher limitations + high chance the account is being locked with several reason broke their term & conditions for Sportbetting. Appreciate your feedback, but for my own perspective based seeing their social media + discord channel from Cloudbet usually we will suggest avoiding playing on here.

They are not quite active in here, the discord channel is always have low activity + social media also low activity.

Regarding "paid-shilling" @Mahdirakib, I also believe around 70%. I see they tried to activate back, the profile picture and other resources have been updated with recent designs. Perhaps these could be a bump ? who knows right.

If people don't believe me, that is their issue. And regaring your point about restricted countries, that is not entire true in Cloudbets case. Because in the terms is not written that it is about the residence, they state in their terms you have to be physicially located in the correct country. That is something else than being a resident in my opinion.

Cloudbet team have shown generosity to you by allowing you to withdraw your full amount. Normally, casinos block or suspend players account if anyone access the website despite being a resident of a restricted country. Then they allow them to withdraw the amount which is equivalent to their deposit sum. BTW, can you add some evidences (screenshots) here to make your statement valid. For now, it will consider as paid or shilling post.

I would like to share my pleasant experience with gambling in Cloudbet.  I am getting used to place with bigger stakes on regular bookies in my country (Netherlands). After a bad experience with 1xbit in the past I decided to give it a try on Cloudbet.
Made lots of bets. First withdrawal from 3 ETH was processed in 1 hour. When I requested the 2nd withdrawal from 7 ETH they send me an email that I need to verify my account/ID in order to get the withdrawals to be processed. I did this the next day.
The verification process went very easily. After 1-2 hours I received an email from Cloudbet that they did not accept registrations from players from the Netherlands. On the moment from my bets, I was on a trip to Luxembourg and placed the bets in this country.

Cloudbet wrote to me that I was not allowed to place bets anymore and that I could withdraw the remaining balance. I withdrew the money and 7 ETH was processed in 1-2 hours.The other one, from 30 ETH was received within 2 days. Which was not bad considering the fact to it was a decent amount I withdrew from Cloudbet in total (like 115k $). Looks like a big amount, but I deposited around 100K.

I came to the conclusion that Cloudbet is a legit bookie, and paid all the money that you won. They don't hide behind their terms or other excuses to delay withdrawals. They just pay straight.
The maximum betting limits were also very decent and I also got a contact from the VIP manager. I won some money with the bonus program, and this bonus was added to my account without issues.
For high rollers Cloudbet is a serious option.

They can't rely solely on their fame because the more popular a casino is, the more there are people who would like to destroy it. They need to be active to prevent that from happening, as silence on their part might result in a drop in confidence from the gamblers. Of course, they are still popular, which is why most of us know the casino, but the competition is getting bigger. They need to step up in protecting their reputation, as that's the most important thing in this business.



I guess so, but if they don't see the necessity anymore, they should at least be active in the forum, as that's the purpose of having an ANN thread here. Also, the ANN thread is supposed to have more announcements about the updates of the casino regarding its competitions and bonuses which we are not seeing anymore here.

He was so good at keeping updates here and maintaining Cloubet's image here. Any accusation that would pop up, Ronnie would promptly help. I think during his reign, that's when they had so many promos in the forum, including some interesting meme contests.

I believe at some point he parted ways with them. That's when their support started becoming slow and later inactive here.

Cloudbet holds a very special place in my crypto journey as they were among my very first crypto sportsbooks where I spent my faucet earnings which was years back and I have noticed there has been a facelift with the platform which is a big plus and this was came to my attention after an email informing me of a bonus available to me...and no it's not some clickbait or phishing attempt ..it's legit stuff
Anyway having known about them through the forum, it would be nice to see them return to the forum actively and give the new gens a dosage of what they have to offer and hopefully rewrite history, we await your return CB.

They are relying to much on their fame and they think are to confident that no issue will arise that's why maybe they decide to go inactive here. But I guess this will create a big trouble for them especially if they didn't take any fast actions on those issues posted against their casino.

Also maybe they don't really have a plan to run for another campaign since if they really have an interest with these things then I guess they are the one will go here then seek for reputable manager to handle their campaign. What they need to do now is to take care those issues and maybe spend some time in their thread so people could see their presence and possible to solve any potential issues that might happen to their existing bettors in this forum.

Even if they are not thinking of running a campaign, I think it's important to be active since they have an ANN thread here. Problems can arise that impact their reputation, and they need to be addressed by a representative. What I've observed about their past campaigns is that they weren't long-term. I'm not sure if I participated before, but I know them because there were only a few sportsbooks before, like during or before the bull run in 2017.

Someone should contact them about the issue and maybe ask if they want to run a campaign again. It should be a reputable campaign manager who reaches out to them.

As I said before, maybe if someone can contact them again and try to talk about campaign bitcointalk, they might consider again running campaign here on Bitcointalk.

Cloudbet account last logged in on April 2nd which is exactly 3 months ago. I forgot the name of the head but we used to have good communication between us. Hopefully they will restart their Bitcointalk networking.

Cloudbet always involved on serious scam accusation in the past that resolved very slowly since they initially ignore/denied it. They are just forced to compensate the victim when the community already do an action to tagged them. This happened multiple times and the negative tag stay for a long period before they resolved.

I think this is the reason why they choose to become silent here to avoid late response to the issue since they are focused with their online support in the casino.

Too bad that they give up the promotion in the forum.

Promotion have never been free anywhere else. Be it twitter, Reddit or YouTube.
Maybe they just didn't have the urge to change with the changing trends, and so they just decided to stick with the old clientele that already know the platforms.

Maybe popular, but not as popular as now. Gamblers are learning sports betting now, unlike before when there were only a limited number of sportsbooks, which is why there were fewer users compared to now. I also played with Cloudbet before, but based on my experience, their withdrawal process is not instant and you have to wait for hours before it's processed.

Answering this as I’m an old user of this casino. You’re right about your assumption that this casino started as bookie themselves. Their only competitors that time is very few that’s why they dominate sportsbook category in the crypto casino.

I guess so but don't know they began with only sports bet or with sports bet as one component of their platform. In gambling industry, a company can start with a single product like dice then expand their business to more games, partner with game providers, include sports bet. Only Cloudbet team can confirm it or forum members who used Cloudbet in 2013 when they began the business and joined the forum because description like you found can have buzz words.

They possibly made decision based on data, that we don't have. Reasons can be different like, stop their signature campaign because they see customer base is enough; or they can stop their campaign because (from data), they see less and less effects from same money spent for campaign.

Many factors like bull and bear market will affect people budget for gambling but lack of marketing, advertisement can have effects on their brand appearance and customer base change recent years.

Maybe they already got sustainable costumers count that's why maybe at some point they decide to stop their campaigns. But also I guess for deciding to stop their campaign then provably there's a lot of things has been affected and for sure with their current situation I guess they don't really have any plan for expansion. And replying to @gas7uazz now, I honestly understand it will be tough to understand and possibly agree with what @Slow death have said, I understand because, if I was in your shoes, I did find it really difficult to understand and agree as well, but understand that this is what emotions does to truth when they are being told, but regardless of your emotions, truth is truth and cant be changed, and the sooner you accept what is truth and reality and move on with your life, the better you do not take much time before focusing on more important things.

Forget the points, they are gone for good, and possibly forget  about cloudbet as well, they have done the worst they can do to you, if you are still a gambler, learn from this experience as you choose another platform to gamble on...

Reason I said you should forget about cloudbet is that, forgetting them will help you forget this experience faster.
