I'm sorry to have to repeat what I said in a thread you created, I posted the casino's TOS and reading the history of your posts I see that you also saw that they changed their TOS and that gave them the power to cancel the points of loyalty, so you no longer have any way to complain and they will not give you the points, unfortunately you wasted your time and money at this casino. Maybe but even though the are one of the OG casino here still marketing is important since if they will be so remain confident then decide to do nothing then provably the other casino might passed them. And their gamblers especially those people who usually stay in the forum might get attracted to those casino who run a multiple campaigns which those people can take advantage on.

Sports betting is popular now and almost all reputable casino have a sportsbook and they quietly do good promotion especially now with Euro 2024 event to make sure that people go and bet on their platform.

For now Cloudbet should go active since there is a concern posted and they should take care that, so people will not think about that they are not good casino since they are already inactive here.

Yes, for now that's the best way, but as per the statement in the other thread, it seemed like he doesn't trust the support anymore as he was promised the bonuses but it suddenly disappeared when he was inactive for a year, I guess. So now, he probably just wants to hear an explanation of why it happened, and I think the community also needs to know since this could concern not only him but all the players of Cloutbet who are loyally gambling, hoping they'll increase their loyalty points and enjoy them in the future.

Some casinos have their own forums like Stake, Primedice and others but if they want to advertise their business, they have to do this outside their own forums. Their own forums are only places to build up bond and loyalty of their users, not best places to advertise and find new customers.

Cloudbet as you knew, has signature campaigns with Hhampuz, then stop these campaigns and marketing many months, before they do it again with icopress, then stop it again.

We don't know will they return with campaigns in future but they possibly will do it again.

I was also curious so I visited the site again and I'm surprise with the new UI, just like you, I haven't been using this site anymore, I usually use this in the past for sports betting purposes, but you know, a lot of casinos have appeared so I forgot that there's still this one. Not use how many of you did see, however from our side is that i haven't checked Cloudbet for ages and yesterday I saw the new Casino Design, which seems to be in beta, and it just looks amazing.

The filtering system, the Hot & Cold slots, sort games by highest RTP and so on, puts the overall experience to a new level.

it will be nice to have the feature of hot and cold to all the slots, which i think can help the players choose the ones that could eventually help in the decision process.
