Yes the project failed and the Cofound.it team is refunding CFI investors and buyers.

So it means that they have started the distribution, very soon but i think most of them will be still in loss more then 50% of invested value.
It's sad for whoever invested big in this project but at least they are refunding what they can, when there are lots of other failed projects like the LevelNet one that just spent everything and cancelled their product development...

I had 340 CFI in my wallet and receved 0.065 ETH back, a little less than 0.0002 ETH for each coin.
When trying to sign up for token redistribution (https://redistribution.cofound.it/signin) there is always error:

I had successfully registered for their token redistribution but it was done on September 27, that time it was running proper but now it is giving problem i think they have got lot of application for the redistribution so server is lagging.
Any idea what amount they are returning per CFI? I have 777 CFIs that I have shared in Redistribution process. Its really is sad.
They have not declared that how much refund will be given as their are lot of tasks are to be happen to calculate their assets and then they are going to declare how much will be given to the token holders. So nothing is sure how much you will get. ICONOMI is holding 80% of the coins as much i know it. So they will be getting the most benefits and balance leftovers will be distributed to the token holders.
Which i think this redistribution is nothing but a showoff to get rid of this scam project with legality. So no investors should come forth to file legal case against them.
ICONOMI developers are too smart. They have cheated all investors in their project and other projects which they have conducted smartly.

who ever is going to participate in redistribution can know the terms and conditions of their procedure. If you read fully then you will know it how they are going to scam the users with this option. As they are avoiding and securing themselves from all legal problems which they are going to face if any users i holding large portion of coins and due to company scam he is facing loss, should not go for legal procedure. So for that only to cover the story they are starting redistribution process, even this process they will take 12 months and in this mean time all will forget their scam and even forget their refund claims.

its look like a shit)) really, there closed twitter and web site, i didn`t remember is this Ervin K. Ursic is CEO or not, and when i googled him, i didnt find a lot of information.
At least they are trying to refund the investors even if it's still to be seen if they will really send back the money collected.
They are refunding because the 95% of stock is holded by ICONOMI and this refund news will be majorly benefited to them as surely they will unfairly distribute the major chuck of refund to ICONOMI and for other users will get only penny. Just like how ICONOMI promoted this project and scammed once again the investors funds.
As their is no other option who ever is holding the coin have to participate in redistribution or else just think as a dead coin in the eth wallet.

guys, I still own this shit coin . please advise if I should send them my coins and follow 'Redistribution process' or what I do ? 
I don't see many other options unortunately.
with all the markets frozen may be the best bet.
