i think the profitability based upon the last trade is misleading due to low volumes.
I would suggest a mean term of the last (5?)
buy orders in order to be in the safe side Wink

THIS !

I made a bad call by trying to take advantage of the price difference of CNC on Bter and BTC-e. I thought I could offload a few K's and make a quick 10% profit, then I noticed the volume was almost nothing. Lost 25%  Facepalm.

Never overestimate volume, especially with coins in which interest is waning.

Which coin I mine does not depend on the last trade.  It is which price I can get in the future that matters.  That is why you should keep the bid price as the basis of profitability.

I will - just wondering if I should look at volume.  That being said, not all exchange APIs give the full volume info - or more trades, so might be a bit tricky.

It is the current open trades not last trades, but I could average together open trades as well.

Nice job!

Would be nice to have "Next Difficulty" alongside the current difficulty.  Would probably be quite simple.

Huh?  I care and just fixed.  Sorry - missed your earlier post - when I added NVC back I mistakenly removed the BTCe update for CNC - it is now fixed.

Again: CNC quote from BTC-E is wrong. It's obvious nobody cares.

can you please share the BTC profitability formula? Smiley

Not too difficulty to derive - basically comparison of difficulty with BTC's difficulty (adjusted if scrypt), then look at price to convert into BTC.  So bTC is the base.

‘Try to be nice’
awesome thanks for adding NVC, now we have them all in one spot. There were a couple of days before the recent round of alts when it was the most profitable coin

I could add NVC - is it still alive? Smiley

To me - if an exchange with an API still handles it - it is not a dead coin.  Once it gets dropped from the exchanges, then it is dead.

As said it's on BTC-e and trades at near LTC price !   : o ?   -  i have to keep going back to dustcoin to see it but.

Now use your site over dustcoin, looks very nice ,

can you add NVC please?

sorry if it has been mentioned.

also i'd suggest trimming dead coins as they die,( you can keep your Advert that way)  it looks kind of like that's what's happening with CNC at least price wise.

i'd suggest dropping the dead SHA-256 coins ASICS doom all but the meaningful ones.

but hey who knows?  I'm not a hater, full love to all Crypts !
