All coins are deserve to be hold as you can see the market as of now it seriously dumps and it is so bad for us seeing our money drowning. But no need to be scared of as we hold our tokens until the time comes that the market will recover. The tokens you are holding will rise up again too. 
I think a good coin for long-term investment is EOS and Nano because the coin development is very good and the interest is also increasing every month.
It is depend on because you are the investors there is no need of asking and investing, go through the research, study well. invest small amount on coins which you want, get experienced from that.
