The only coin you should hold long term, 5 to 10 years or more, are Bitcoins. We can’t be sure that any other coins will hold value or even keep rising over years, looking 5 years back on coinmarket cap shows that only a few coins survives.
If you look one year into the future, then I think most of top 2o coins will still be around or in top50
My pick from top 20 to hold the next year would be Bitcoins, neo, Eos, eth, xrp.
