I suggest you to hold Monero because MONERO is one of the most unique and most secured and untraceable Cyptocurrency, it does not take an genius to know that this is what people are looking for in any cryptocurrency and the price of monero has been consistently increasing within the fast months.Buy it and hold for long run it will gives you high profits.

Since the market is not in a good situation then I think the best coin for holding is neo or even ripple because those coin are considered as most successful altcoins in cryptocurrency industry and it's potential is good.
I think dogecoin is a great coin so you can hold a long time. Dogecoin is a non-purpose created and used currency but it is so popular that its price can rise sharply in the future.

maybe Neo coins or Bch are also good to hold for long term. because these two coins have good prospects for the future.I just suggest, everything depends on your choice.

You can go with Litcoin and XLM. These currency will sure shoot up. Litcoin in now fully decentralized cryptocurrency after its founder charlee lee sold his all stakes.

In the long term you can consider purchase of EOS or Cardano. They show rather good results of growth. And already summon trust.
