Really? What is your VIP level on coins.game? I'm level 6 and get freespins with a base bet of $1. In think, $63 is a small win if I look at the basic bet of $1, but because you got that win from just 6 freespins, it's a crazy win, bro, congratulations on the win you got.
I have 6 lvl is the same as yours. Me also got 6 free spins at $1. And there were two slots to choose from Merge up (bigaming) and Gates of Olympus (pragmaticplay).

It’s very rare indeed to win something big out of 6 free spins on PP slot provider because they started to get sucks on rewarding players. X63 with only 6 spin is a very sweet deal. I believe you will have a hard time hitting that multiplier if you choose Bgaming Merge Up since it's a high hit ratio game yet very low payout. Most likely you will get small win each spin.

I have this 6 spin too but I use merge up since PP is unavailable to my country without VPN while I done have VPN right now to bypass this restriction.

Can you share the winning spin vids? It's available on your menu tab under the hamburger sign or 3 lines if IIRC.

It's not up to us to defend them, we are not lawyers. I have some deposits & withdrawals in the weeks behind us, but I play mostly slots and in-house games. I have some bets on sports, but nothing big... that's why I don't have problems like Gekke, I don't bet big on sports, and maybe more important is that I don't have big wins on sports.

Yes, I am also like you and I rarely play sports betting so I don't know how sports betting is always a source of problems and a lot of complaints because of it. I don't have a deep understanding of sports betting. Additionally, accusations of slot machine fraud seem to be rare, I don't know why, but it's probably because slot players lose more than they win.

And, as a last resort I will submit my case to a Curacao lawyer who works on a no-cure-no-pay basis and had several successes in court in the past. Will keep you update about that ofcourse.

Have you ever done this before and succeeded? It seems you are knowledgeable about gambling, I don't know anything about it at all. However, I hope your efforts are successful

After more than 3 weeks of waiting, there is still zero solution. Also on Casinu Guru you can read several comparable complaints with sports betting winnings confiscated, from people all over the world. My case is not alone. Whenever you win in sports, Coins.game confiscate your winnings and simply call it "fraud" even if you have not violated any specific terms. An absolute scam and I feel the need to warn others for this.
So a flag has been created and can be supported here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3280

Yesterday coins.game gave a promocode for 6 freespins on slot machines, at first I was hesitant to take the bonus because of several complaints that occurred. However, because I was bored, I tried to take the freespins, I got $4 from the freespins, then I played at live casino (pachinko) and unexpectedly I won up to $17. Because I was curious whether they would pay me or not, I tried exchanging JET for trx and making a withdrawal, and my withdrawal was successful. Coin.game is still paying my withdrawals

I'm just sharing my latest experience playing at coins.game. I am not defending them from the current accusations because that is not my capacity

Most of the issues about casinos are about betting on sports, it's a tricky part. I like Coins.game, they have been good to me, but what they are doing (or better to say not doing anything in this matter) is really disappointing. If they have decided to have sports betting, they should have been aware that such things will happen and have a way to deal with it in the right way. Just being quiet and running away from issues will not solve anything. Once again, I can just hope they will come back and make things right...

Congratulations on your winnings. I participated in this promotion as well. For 6 free spins at Gates of Olympus, I won $63 dollars. On the last spin I got the bonus game )

Small amounts each scam casino will pay. If you win big they will find a "reason" not to pay you.

Yes, that sounds logical to me. Hopefully you can get clarity regarding your problem. Sorry, I'm still thinking neutrally for now, I don't have the capacity and understanding to assess your case

Bitcoin makes the world go 🔃

No progress at all, in fact their last reply was 6 days ago and they have been ignoring/not reading my messages ever since.

The casino representative last login here was last Jan 20 while the account still doesn’t have any warning such as negative trust or flag while you have a proof your accusation. Does manager @little_mouse contact is not responding either?

Because there’s a high chance that they already abandoned Bitcointalk forum since the representative is always active here before when they active campaign.

I also received the free spin without any wagering requirements. Last time I was lucky but now you guys are the lucky to have that amount because I only received $0.16 for 4 free spin (0.8 per spin). SMH.

Yeah, I've also experienced this when they started advertising here on BitcoinTalk. It wasn't a huge amount only about $400 I experienced cancelled withdrawals. Since I couldn't withdraw, I ended up gambling it and losing it. This happened three times. But when my withdrawals were only $20-100 USD they were always instant.

@GekkeBelg It seems like your problem with this casino still hasn't been resolved. Any progress with your case?

The more there is no clarity regarding this case, the reputation of coins.game is at stake. Maybe members here are starting to think about their ++ balance on coins.game and will think twice when they want to bet there. I'm not siding with Gekke, because this doesn't fully reveal the real villain. Coins.game must act quickly.
The entire scenario seems pretty clear to me. @GekkeBelg is using some sort of great system to win consistently in various sites due to which a couple of them limited him, but allowed him to withdraw his funds.

Some others like Coins.Game seem to have banned him and confiscated his funds. I doubt they will reverse their decision to be frank. Complicated!

I'm wondering what kind of great system that can make him win consistently in sports betting, is it something like arbitrage or something else?
Its been a while without activity in this thread, Denis is also not coming back so far, are they losing interest to continue their marketing in this forum.
Gekkebelg is not having an update as well with his issue here, whether he decided to withdraw his initial deposit or in other words accepting the decision made by coins.game or he is still keeping his initial deposit in his coins.game account while waiting for other possible discussion with coins.game?

I am still waiting for them to come to their senses. I am having a very slow discussion in Telegram where they speak about 3 lines per week and I have to translate all to/from Russian. If that does not work I give up and start creating a flag.

Bitcoin Casino Est. 2013

I believe today should make it a week since they started the investigation had there been any response so far?

It’s sad that they (coins.game) have finally decided to abandon all accusations against them and remain silent - with time those that were not aware of what they were doing will go get a wind of it and that will be the end of their reputation here in the forum unless they finally decides to come back and clear up all accusations that have been made against them.

Just to echo what others have been saying for the past few weeks since the accusations started coming in; stay aware from this site for now, if you don’t want to join the queue of those that are facing issues with the site.

As long as this forum is the only place for two-way discussions regarding COINS.GAME services, I hope that Gekke and coins.game don't drag out this problem for too long. I'm sure there are more people here who monitor coins.game's attitude than Gekke, because of its position as a platform and service provider. More people do business with the platform than individuals in this case and on this forum.

Geeke is a serious bettor, as we can see from the screenshots he shared, so I doubt that he cheated. I am not a judge here either, but I tend to trust Geeke more than Coins.game about this matter, their silence speaks for itself.
I have less experiences and knowledge about sports betting so I have no idea at all how players can manipulate the system.
But you are right, looking at the bets posted by Gekke, I do not find something strange with his bets.
It is basically what is needed to be explained by coins.game, but unfortunately they keep on silent after accusing Gekke as a cheater.

Well, the red flag is coming if they don't wake up. I follow Geeke scam accusation thread about his case. He said he will give them a bit more time, but he is not optimistic. I am not sure what Coins.game team thinks about this and what they are planing to do about all this, but definitely, they need to wake up and do something quickly.
His patience is actually a proof that he wants to get all resolved fairly but again coins.game is not responding it professionally.
Maybe Denis is also not the one who is responsible for such a case, maybe he is just a marketing staff only so he cant answer more without information from the relevant staff.

I hope they won't give up on the forum, I think this is not a lot of money for the casino to jeopardize their reputation here and on casino review sites. As I said, the start was nice, it would be foolish to ruin all that.
Agreed. Personally, I advertised this particular site for almost half an year and never encountered any issues while playing on their site and when receiving my signature campaign payments.

It's disheartening to see their reputation going down the drain in this manner which is why I hope they rectify these allegations asap.

All matter on how they take action regarding on the issues what their casino facing and right now to many people are not satisfied with the action they do so maybe they need to step up more then try to answer then solve those existing issue so that it can't ruin their good run in this forum.

But if they still avoid any of those and will not solve the issue posted by these users I guess there reputation will slowly go downhill. For sure all of the efforts they have done will be wasted especially for marketing they have done in this forum. So they need to figure out those things if they want people to trust their casino and don't make any issue last long since its giving a red flag impression to the players.
