just need patience which can be expected when experiencing problems, even sending them spam will not improve the situation it will make things difficult and they will be annoyed with the spam we send, if they don't want their name to be bad, they will definitely process it if all the data is provide accuracy, there's not much you can do except patiently wait for an answer

Agreed. He has behaved very decently so far despite the annoying KYC issue and has made his stance pretty clear which is why Coins.Game needs to resolve this issue asap as long as there isn't anything shady related to him.

We are now at 16 days of waiting for a simple driving license to be verified which I uploaded on December 27th. Of those 16 days, 5 were weekend/holidays so we are at 11 working days of waiting. My VIP manager said 15 working days is the max according to their terms, so I will wait 4 more working days and then I will submit a complaint.
Very annoyed with this waiting time, this has spoiled all gambling fun for me.

@Dennis, I’m not sure if the website recently has an update on your live games but there’s a lot of bugs now since the screen ratio updates. Right now, I can’t click lobby or anything under the menu tab once it appeared. This problem is not available on previous version but right now I have so many inconveniences playing the evolution gaming games.

The longest waiting that I encounter for KYC verification is just 1 week and it’s from the casino which we recently discussed via PM. I hope they will give some revamped on this waiting time because this is too long for just processing ID verification.

As you have informed your account to Denis, I'm sure Denis will try the best thing for you to get your verification done faster.
I have to agree that verification like this should be able to be processed within 1-2 working days, some casinos can even do it instantly or in few minutes/hours.
As Denis said that it can be related to holiday, it means that they do the process manually and maybe the one who is in charge missed your account and need to find it first.

LM seems to be not in a good condition at the moment, he said that he was sick few days ago and maybe he still needs more few days to get a full recovery.
