I hope they won't give up on the forum, I think this is not a lot of money for the casino to jeopardize their reputation here and on casino review sites. As I said, the start was nice, it would be foolish to ruin all that.
Agreed. Personally, I advertised this particular site for almost half an year and never encountered any issues while playing on their site and when receiving my signature campaign payments.

It's disheartening to see their reputation going down the drain in this manner which is why I hope they rectify these allegations asap.

All matter on how they take action regarding on the issues what their casino facing and right now to many people are not satisfied with the action they do so maybe they need to step up more then try to answer then solve those existing issue so that it can't ruin their good run in this forum.

But if they still avoid any of those and will not solve the issue posted by these users I guess there reputation will slowly go downhill. For sure all of the efforts they have done will be wasted especially for marketing they have done in this forum. So they need to figure out those things if they want people to trust their casino and don't make any issue last long since its giving a red flag impression to the players.

Is this a new case that happened to you at coins.game? As iv4n said, you need to create a thread on the scam accusationi board.

Actually what happened with coins.game, previously I thought everything was fine with coins.game, but since they decided to stop the campaign on this forum, it seems like one by one problems started to appear. This will have a bad impact on coins.game if it is not resolved. Even though initially they had created a good campaign and were starting to be trusted by the members here, it was a shame that they were not consistent in continuing to commit to the casino services they had

Denis should be more active here especially when there is on going unresolved accusation like this.
I checked casinoguru, there are also some other unresolved complaints but seems that coins.game are also not active at casinoguru.
Of course there are also some resolved complaints although most of them are resolved directly at the casino without any answer from coins.game at casinoguru.
I cant say anything more about the latest complaint by gekkebelg, since it is hard to judge who is wrong and who is right.

Geeke is a serious bettor, as we can see from the screenshots he shared, so I doubt that he cheated. I am not a judge here either, but I tend to trust Geeke more than Coins.game about this matter, their silence speaks for itself.

...
They are going to have to work very hard if they want to restore their reputation and with the way they are currently behaving it will cost them more harm than good – right now they have 4.1/10 on casinoguru [and yet haven’t responded to case that are still open].

Even the case here in Bitcointalk was handled unprofessionally – claiming that @Gekkbelg cheated their sport book, and despite all the questions raised by other users they didn’t respond. If the Op of this thread should receive a negative flag I won’t be surprised.

Well, the red flag is coming if they don't wake up. I follow Geeke scam accusation thread about his case. He said he will give them a bit more time, but he is not optimistic. I am not sure what Coins.game team thinks about this and what they are planing to do about all this, but definitely, they need to wake up and do something quickly.

...

You need to create a scam accusation thread. It's disappointing to see all these accusations in the air without any answers.

This casino is relatively new here in the forum so this is the danger of playing on new casino while you have an experience of being in disadvantage for winning to often on other casino.

Normal action of trusted casino on user like you is just being limited or not able to join promotion but this is not a standard protocol especially to new casino that is not yet established. You will never have a chance to fight them if they decided to just leave here like coinplay did before.

Coins.game is a relatively new casino, but I think we can say they had a good start and Denis was very active here. So I am not sure why they decided to just confiscate user funds without any explanations. I don't count Denis's short answer in the scam accusation thread as an explanation, it's even rude to call someone a cheater without any arguments and proof.

I do agree, and I think by now they should understand how big this community is, I mean we have been part of them before and we like what we are seeing to the point that we think they could really turn big in the next couple of years assuming with all the competition here.

Hopefully they will come into their senses and not ruin their reputation here with that just one accusations against them. So hopefully, everything will be positive on both sides or at least a mediation can be done so save their trust and reputation.

It's very simple: gambling websites don't like winning customers. All I have done "wrong" is being an above average bettor. Now, the serious casinos/sportsbooks then limit your stakes and pay yout out neatly. The scam ones ban you and confiscate the winnings. I have bet at about 100 casinos/sportsbooks (bitcoin and fiat) over the past 5 years and at 95% of them I had zero problems, those were the serious ones. The 5% other ones stole from me and I don't just accept it, I fight against it.

Understandable as long as you didn't do anything shady/illegal. In my experience, most sportsbooks do limit customers and don't outright ban them along with stealing all of their funds.

Since your previous scam accusations got resolved, it doesn't seem like you are in the wrong which is why Coins.Game needs to explain their side of the story with proper evidence to try and justify their stance.

Quite tough to tell who is actually in the wrong here. Firstly, GekkeBelg has provided a ton of proof to prove his case, but he has faced similar issues in multiple crypto gambling sites based on my research.

Secondly, as @panjul07 mentioned, Denis didn't really provide any evidence to prove his statements against GekkeBelg. Complicated!
The case is getting more complicated as coins.game hasn't provided any evidence for their accusations. It's hard to say who's telling the truth here... it's mostly just guessing, even though @gekke has shared a lot of screenshot evidence from various platforms.

If coins.game is confident in accusing @Gekke of cheating, it's important for others to know where those facts are coming from, right? Also, why does @gekke seem to have quite a few cases with casinos? Five cases from different platforms. It seems like casinos don't like this person, but this person keeps winning in court.

And have you also checked out how those cases ended?
First of all, I have had zero problems in 95% of the sportsbooks I have used in the past, but indeed I have had 5 scam accusations on Bitcointalk in 5 years. 4 out of those 5 have admitted they were wrong and paid me out in full. 1 out of the 5 has not paid me despite Askgamblers ruling in favour of me. This was Coinplay.com. Needless to say that their reputation is destroyed, they struggle to get any more new customers and their topic on Bitcointalk is totally dead. That is what happens if you steal fair winnings and don't make it right.
However, on the contrary, other websites such as Wintomato, Buff, Owl and especially BC.game who stole from me, are now back into a good reputation on here and since they paid me I leave them completely alone. The ones who see their mistakes and correct it, are free to have a bright future on Bitcointalk.
It's totally up to Coins.game to decide which road they want to go: realize their mistake, correct the situation and pay me out, and the scam accusation will be closed and they can continue to build a trusted user base on here. Or, keep their stolen money and be known for being a scam betting site (with a red flag above their topic).

I advise all players to stop playing on Coins.game until this matter gets resolved. If they do it to me (I even was a VIP, can you imagine!) they can do this to everyone.

Coins.game need to realize that it's much more profitable for them in the long run to have a good reputation and treat customers fairly, and therefore a fast growing customer base, than to make some quick money in the short run by stealing from their players and therefore not being able to grow in the future.

Definitely I’m not playing here once the issue was resolved? I deposit significant amount here and win big frequently. I will not risk all my profit go to waste in case the situation escalated quickly bad.

The current accusation against you is serious but doesn’t backed by evidence. I just this issue will sorted out properly. Btw I keep getting locked JET tokens now that I didn’t deposit for a week even though I just wager around 30K few days ago before that.  Cheesy

Hopefully you will get an answer from Denis soon when he comes back online. Can you still use your coins.game account or has your account been blocked?

I visited coin today because I had some rakebak and wheel spin bonuses. I noticed there are some changes to the betting limits on house edge games, previously the minimum bet was $0.01 and now it has changed to a minimum of $0.1.
Denis answered already in the scam accusation thread, Denis said that Gekkebelg cheated the system but of course I will still try to be neutral here because Denis did not provide the evidence to show that GekkeBelg cheated the system.
IMO Denis should also provide the evidence(s) because no one will believe such an accusation against the player if the casino do not provide it.
I'm not familiar with sports betting system, so I have no idea how a player can cheat the system and manipulate the system.
Coming up to his account, I dont think his account is blocked and I also think that Gekkebelg is yet to withdraw his initial deposit.

Yeah, I just read it. I'm the same, I rarely bet on sports betting so I can't comment on anything.

I posted in another thread that this is an awful time to have money in a questionable book. After the Super Bowl and World Cup are the two most popular times for a book to go under and take our money with them.
