I have not played any casino or card games. Only sportsbetting

Most probably you are accused of doing arbitrage betting since it’s the only violation that is related to what the support accused you. Sadly it’s very hard to win a case like this especially from a casino that has a dead support already here in the forum.

You can check this issue on casinoguru https://casino.guru/coins-game-casino-player-s-winnings-confiscated-and about same complaint but coins.game never cooperate to answer the issue. It’s painful but there’s nothing you can do about this.

Someone has already shared this complaint, so some of us from here are already familiar with this case. This is a different story... this guy played only casino games, while Elegigglebets bet only on sports. Anyway, it doesn't look good when casino decide to close players accounts and confiscating the deposits and profits they made without any discussion. Looks like they just do it and they don't answer to anyone...

I already give a neutral feedback on their account. I’m still waiting for there support to come back with their senses and start answering concerns here since all this unanswered issue even though seems like a real arbitrage betting case can be a real deal issue against them if not handled properly.

I already contacted them via chat support since I still have funds in there that use to casually play.

After reviewing this complaint once again, I noticed that Coins.Game no longer accepts players from Serbia, that was not the case just a month or two ago. However, I logged into the site and placed a bet on Real VS Bayern tonight. They are probably waiting for me to take some bigger profit and ban me too.

So far I still don’t encounter any issue on this casino but I already stop playing using huge fund ever since they abandoned this thread. I’m only using my bonuses that I collect on daily basis to play.

Another new complaint against coins.game while the official representative has already gone from this forum. I'm wondering how many are the actual users who has a serious issue with this casino because I believe there are some users who do not know about this forum and those users may not share their issue here in this thread. Anyway, is there any issue with the site because I cant access it (stuck on logo) for too long time, reload the page few times but it is still stuck on their logo? Can anyone open it smoothly?

Working fine for me... I have some leftovers and have only been betting on sports for the last few months, except sometimes we get free spins in the mail. So I am going up a little bit then down... I can't earn enough for a withdrawal.

I have a few dollars in TRX, SHIBA, and their JET... so I plan to spend that on sports betting and quit entirely. I doubt I will make enough to withdraw anything, but even if that happens I doubt they will allow me to do that. But I guess we will see...

With it comes to balance like that yes, it worth to have a try. Since for sure those funds are you're willing to lose. Base on telegram activity of coins.game they still have many players and most of them because of the codes they redeem with deposit requirements. I see someone won over 150$ for 20 free spin just like what happened to me. But when I'm about to withdraw it they ask me for KYC. And then its gone. lol

It's @GekkeBelg with the same case, he can't withdraw his winnings and funds and until now, as far as I know it hasn't been resolved and no updates about it. You can find his accusation here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63519557

I also got issue with coins.game last month that my $700 withdrawal got cancelled and they requested me to verify my account (KYC) which I did, they say it will take 48 hours to complete the verification but until now, there's still no update whether my account has been verified (i already share this experience here). So for those who plan to play here, please think again. Once you're winning they will find a way to delay your withdrawals or even confiscate it.

Coins.game decided to ban my account and accuse me of fraud when I tried to withdraw my balance!

Please check my thread in the scam accusations board :

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/coinsgame-banned-my-account-when-i-tried-to-withdraw-5495757

Sorry to hear you have troubles with this site.

There is one thing about these rules that doesn't make sense to me.

Quote
''if they are found to be receiving, attempting to gain an advantage by trading their card information or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage. These advantages may include dropping and transferring chips, discussing hands during play, using the same account multiple times, soft play.'

This sounds like rules for a poker game, not for a casino or sports betting. I mean where else would it be possible to discuss hands, dump chips and play soft.
Never used this site in my life so I opened it to see if they poker poker, which they don't. It's nowhere to be found so this rule under "9.2" is totally useless.
How would collusion be possible at any of the games they are offering??

If you read previous discussion above, Coins.game is not active anymore on the forum. Even a forum member has a problem withdrawing his balance that get from bonus while the representative don’t bother to check here already.

I already ready your scam accusation thread but it’s very hard to side with you if the accusation is about collusion with other players. I’m not familiar anymore on coins.game games but judging on their accusations, are you playing poker game? I’m not sure how to do a collusion on other card games except poker which I’m not sure if they already have now.

Coins.Game have been under the scanner recently thanks to a spate of issues, but it's tough to tell who is in the right and who is in the wrong here op thanks to your history of having similar issues with different crypto gambling sites.

As some of the posters above suggested, you won't be able to solve your issue through this forum since their team effectively left in a bizarre manner.

Did not they tell you the exact reason why your account is banned, as I can see on the screenshot, they show some terms only but I do not see more detailed information about your case.
Sorry to say but as the fact said by Coin_trader, I doubt you will get any help here but for sure your experience can be a lesson learned for others.
If it is possible, maybe you can add some more proofs on your scam accusation thread such as your deposit txid, or maybe if you have few screenshots of your account which show your latest balance or your betting history.
That will be better although it will not help your case to be resolved quicker.

Jack of all trades 💯
Previously you lost $400 for the withdrawal delay, and this time the amount is almost $700. Will you continue to play at Coins.game?
The is biggest question of all time for @xlays  Cheesy. I think he fall in love on the lucky wheel and the frequent cash drop on telegram which I like too the time I’m still active on this casino.

I’m already VIP 8 with wagering above 100K+ IIRC but I didn’t hesitated to totally stop playing here right after they have an issue with Gekke while they stop their signature campaign because it’s a sign that they are already leaving the Bitcointalk community.

Correct. I'm sure you too. Lol I'll still play here, but I'll never deposit on this website again. But I can't promise. I'll just only play with free spins without any deposit requirement. They have this kind of promo every week on telegram (they also send it thru email), free spin without deposit and any wager requirement. Maybe next time I won't let my balance grow too much so I can withdraw it quickly because it's hard to withdraw when your balance is greater than 200$ lol

There are lots of casino offering if not the same then maybe more than what they can offer so I think its really bad option now to continue betting on their casino especially if you still decide to deposit some amount just to fulfill some requirements needed so you can withdraw. Maybe much better to follow what @dimonstration did to leave when he feel something strange will happen since with that maybe you can save some time and money if same case scenario will happen again.

But after all your choice will matter the most since you are the one will spend some money with them. But its more better if you use that on other reputable casino and build up your account to reach into VIP level then gain some benefits from this.

The coins game was getting worse, the original game had been broken for several days and their team had no clear information about it. Their telegram group is full of people who complain but it is not handled well and they are even banned from telegram group

The best way to avoid risk is as xLays said, play the freespins that are awarded once every few weeks

That's unfortunate, but not unexpected. Most of the gambler does this when their withdrawal is delayed by the casino for any reason. Perhaps, you would have lost the profits or a part of the profits by making redeposit even if your withdrawal was processed earlier (saying from my own gambling experience Cheesy). That's why I suggested you to not play when I noticed you turned the 2.3k TRX into 6.3k TRX by placing more bets. The temptation of the profit doesn't let the gamblers to stop.
The feel is different when we lost back what we won after redeposit, at least there is a time when we manage to withdraw it first LOL.
I do believe that the reason why he keeps playing is not mainly because of the waiting time for the verfication but the temptation of making more profits gave him stronger will to bet more and more.
Maybe he wanted to make it to $1,000 but unfortunately he lost it all.

It means that he does not learn from his own experience Smiley
Maybe he will continue because coins.game provide frequent promotions through email such as free spins without deposit and with deposit.
Myself can be said that I have left coins.game since few months ago, I ignored all their email although there were some FS without deposit.

In Search of Incredible
This kind of issue (delaying withdrawal) has happened to me twice already here on coins.game: (not only me) they delay your withdrawal and if you're tempted to gamble, you'll end up losing your balance. Well, for sure, someone will argue against my statement here and say that I should be patient to wait for me to withdraw. Sorry, but I can't wait. And I'm sure that, like I said before this wouldn't have happened if they allowed me to withdraw like before without any problem when I withdraw small amount.

Bitcoin Casino Est. 2013

I just want to give an update on this. Sadly, I lost all my 700$ balance playing slot, so I can't withdraw any balance. But until now after 48hrs they give me to wait they haven't provided any update regarding my account verification. Please note that the amount I won from the free spin has no wagering requirement; they only need 20$ deposit to claim the free spin (You can check it in telegram).

This shit is always painful - I have had just one delayed withdrawal request in the past but since it wasn’t up to your amount I didn’t feel anything.

If they keep doing this type of thing (delaying withdrawal requests) I think it would be better if a thread is created against them in the reputation board so that others would be aware of the situation they are about to enter. Because I don’t think I’ll be happy to use a site that always wants to delay my withdrawal request each time I try to withdraw a large amount from their site. And just like you said, not everyone would be patient enough for them to verify whatever it is that they want to verify. - some might just want to continue gambling since they still have balance in their account.
