This is one of the biggest problem especially if the amount involve is not big enough, some are not willing to take risk undergoing the KYC procedure. So were not able to withdraw because you didn't comply the KYC?
I believe it's better if the casino asks you to verify your identity when trying to withdraw a small amount (supposing it's all you have on your balance). At least, this way if you fail to pass kyc then you would lose a small amount. It's better than asking you to do it when withdrawing a larger amount.
Their representative has been inactive for quite some time and there are few complaints and scam accusation they really need to address if they still care about their reputation on this forum.
Most of us here I think care so much about gambling anonymously, so this KYC thing is really a problem. personally, if I only played with a small amount, I would not bother to ask the casino to compel me to comply with the KYC, but at least I know myself that when I hit a big amount, I'll be willing to follow the necessary procedures for KYC just to ensure I'll get the the amount.
As to their rep in the forum, I checked the account, it was last active on March 3, so that's already over a month. Maybe it make sense they are not anymore active as they've done their promotion here, but still not good if they'll let their reputation got ruined without defending themselves.
