I thought Binance wasn't available in the Philippines anymore...

...Its just that their cashout fees keep creeping up.
Yep, but Binance is still accessible by some by changing DNS and using VPN.

With all of the issues of local exchanges, regular maintenance i mean frequent~, security issues, and high fees, Pinoys tend to use CEX from other countries due so many advantage than using the local ex., it's unfortunate, but that's the truth here.

Naaaccess ko pa rin ang binance without using any  VPN or any method to bypass accessing binance.

- Coins.ph & inDrive Launch First Blockchain Powered Fleet Revolutionizing the E-Hailing Industry

Regardless na hindi na ako gumagamit ng coins.ph this is still a very good news when coins.ph as the leading crypto company in PH at mainly siya dahilan upang hatakin ang ibang companies na gumamit ng blockchain related tech and probably will use crypto and bitcoin adoption na din.
Coins.ph records increases in trading volume, users in November following Bitcoin’s surge

I'm curious: what's a good alternative to Coins? Aside from Gcash Crypto (their partner, PDX, froze my account without providing an explanation). PayMaya worked for a while but reverted to "this feature isn't yet available in your area" or something like that, so I can't use them either.
If you can no longer use Gcrypto, the same goes for PDAX. Check this list of BSP licensed exchanges
https://fintechnews.ph/61554/crypto/here-are-the-licensed-cryptocurrency-exchanges-in-the-philippines/

I haven't used DA5 and the others while bloom is already out of the list because they've closed down their bloomx. So, you might want to look at moneybees as it's still operating and they have a working website with supports ready but I think only until midnight. Although the rates are lesser compared to P2P which are better.

For me honestly none. Kasi I never tried other app since I discovered P2P ng binance.

Unfortunately, those you mentioned are the ones that i also knew. PDAX can be good too, but since you have issue on them using the GCrypto, i guess the best thing you can do is use international exchanges instead the PH based ones.

Yeah except I need a way to deposit funds to Gcash for cash out. Guess I'll keep using Coins as that seems to be my only option. To be fair their customer service has almost always been responsive and willing to help. Its just that their cashout fees keep creeping up.

same issues encountered before and It's the reason why I stick with P2P services from CEX.

Kaso problema nga ay hindi pa available sayo as of the moment so I can't recommend any app.

Maaaring galing sa casino ito since it is a payment from campaign pero bago lang to nangyari kasi sa unang send eh wala namang problema.

Pag kahapon (after class) punta ako sa Globe kase may gcash nako nun at coins for that reason.

At yeah, dahil linked ang mga mobile #s natin sa mga financial accounts for 2fa reasons dapat talaga urgent ang pag request ng sim replacement kundi possible ma wala access natin or matangay ng mga magnanakaw.

At iba naman ang 2FA kapag withdrawal. Kaya ang nangyayari ay ganito;

Login = 2FA email
Withdraw = 2FA text

Nasubukan ko na ito before at libre lang nung nawala sim card ko, they just ask you last receive at sent sms mo then process nila, duplicated na sim mo. If may contact or kasabwat ang malicious actor sa mga stores na ito possible madaling magawa yan to duplicate sim cards to receive sms from your targets.
