I think currently market cap of Jr.Member is quite low. What do you guys think 0.01BTC for Jr.Memebr Is possible?

Fair price i guess. Do you have 1 for sale? If so, i can buy it. Pls shoot me a pm. I would also need a signed message if the account posted btc address in the past

There are so many people sell jr. Member out there.
And easy to reach jr. Member status, not spend a lot time and activities.

That's why jr. Member price is so low. Back to economic law, price will drop if there are so many supply and less demand.
Better to wait until full member instead selling it on jr. Member status.

how much will a member account go for ?

It depends on supply & demand, also each case is different as the price a seller is happy with will vary.
My estimate over what I've seen is something like this -

Jr. Member : 0.003BTC - 0.005BTC
Member : 0.01BTC - 0.05BTC
Full Member : 0.1 - 0.25BTC
Senior Member : 0.3BTC - 0.5BTC
Hero Member : 0.7BTC - 2BTC

Those numbers are probably off by quite a bit. People have been selling Full Members for 0.07, Seniors for around 0.2 and Heroes for about 0.4-0.5 recently.

even I was curious to know about this.
and I would like to know that who might be interested in buying accounts and where can I find people to sell account.

There are plenty of people buying and selling them over in the Digital Goods section. One guy is wanting to buy accounts here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1068000.0;topicseen

People wont buy low-level accounts like yours though so you'll need to achieve a higher rank.

everything is for money  Grin having a bitcointalk membership is same as having money .. nice
yes of course, I even consider it more than just an account,
but rather an investment, because of the BCT account I can get some bitcoin

Aside from rank, rep and trust matters. Those with green +trust would imo have better value.
That is true but I don't trade so I'll never have any trust, positive or negative.
I just buy & hodl, always have, I'm waiting for a day hopefully in the future when we go to the moon.
I'm trustworthy though, I'd never scam anybody, I don't need to.
I'll never have any trust though so how would that value my account (it's not for sale).
It's pathetic, the stories I mainly see are people scamming others on unpaid loans for pathetic amounts.
Why scam, nobody will ever do business with you again.

I thought that was how it went down, I may be wrong but pretty sure I'm not?

wasn't above 500 for hero? i remember 256 for senior, but maybe you are right and i just confused the numbers

well my example stand just instead of 500 put 450 or something

No, his numbers are correct, though you'll get 252 activity once the period updates for a Senior and 490 for a Hero.

The amount of time a Hero account takes to be achieved should be taken into consideration. It's double that of a Senior and Senior accounts are very common whereas Heroes a lot less so. It wouldn't really make much sense to sell a Hero for only 20% more than a Senior but it's all down to what people are willing to sell them for at the end of the day.

it's all depends on the activity more than the rank itself, because a senior with 500 activity isn't a senior with 250, the latter is far away but the first is basically an hero in disguise

No you're perfectly correct. It's all posted in here anyway: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/forum-rankspositionsbadges-what-do-those-shiny-coins-under-my-name-mean-178608.

I would think activity and post history are major determining factors of price rather than simply just account rank.

Hi, this forum is shit now and Theymos is widely known to suck massive cocks so I'm looking to sell my account to the highest bidder.

pst with offers.
Its a bad idea to post using the same account which you want to sell. It really decreases the value of the account.
However if someone plans to buy this account I would reccomend him to first get a signed message relating to the bitcoin address that has been previously used by the account.
Thanks
