I strongly agree with your opinion that many criminals use bitcoin, which is why the government does not legalize bitcoin because it is difficult to control bitcoin transactions, but it is not a crime created by bitcoin, but the community and the people themselves who use bitcoin in places wrong. Bitcoin does not have any role in the criminal activities. There was criminal activities before bitcoin's formation. I considered scammers as criminals. They are also doing bad things about us the Bitcoiners. And we really cannot predict when they will attack and scam us. Criminals are very wise when it comes in doing crimes. Technology now is there target to make crimes. As we all know, the world is run by technology. Every country in the world, everywhere in the world, we can see technology. Technology is every people's life. Without technology specifically the Internet, we can't communicate, we can't live. There are also criminals in the internet, these are what we called "Scammers". They break into the internet to get people's informations and use it to get money and etc. Now, even though cryptocurrencies like bitcoin is not yet made or invented, Crime is everwhere. That is life. We can't escape it. All we need to do is to be smarter than the criminals.

It is difficult to track criminal or illegal actions that make transactions using bitcoins. But I think the police will be able to locate the perpetrators by searching thoroughly and fundamentally and assisted by those who hold the server or database of any transactions that are in bitcoin. Well, a lo of criminals take advantage of the anonymity, its normal commit infractions at the beginning. They will do more security day by day.
