Please take the VersionCoin wallet out of maintenance.  I run the wallet and it's been acting fine.   It's been in maintenance about two weeks now. It has a strong team and many connections.

Also, I have four withdraws that have  not made it to their wallets in other coins.  One is  a Chesscoin withdraw from 1/17/18.  That also has an active team and many connections to the wallet.  Talk and action are two different things.  You people have wasted a lot of people's times with deleting your DOGE and LTC trading platforms that a lot of us had set up hundreds of orders on that were all wasted time and effort.  Most of us have been quiet but the level of quality has not picked up after you closed those markets.  Please get up to speed.

Byteball (GBYTE) has been frozen for 3 months. No updates at all. Byteball is a top 100 crypto with no known technical problems. Byteball lead developer has been trying to contact Cryptopia but "it's a waste of time."

My first ticket in December took 10 days to get a response, and then they closed it without giving any help or promises.

Now I've had a second ticket open for 3 weeks and they haven't even responded. Every day I check my account praying for my funds to return but it's always the same nothing. It's really been putting me on edge and having a negative effect on my life. After this I may never use a centralized exchange ever again. I already emptied out all my other exchange balances.

I already contacted one NZ government agency but they never responded. Soon I'll try the FDRS that was recommended as well as contacting a NZ lawyer.

At this point I assume my funds are stolen. The one hope I have is that Byteball will reimburse people like me who were robbed by Cryptopia. Byteball still has 34% of its funds undistributed.

That's pretty much my only hope. I don't expect Cryptopia to ever return my money. They are the new GOX.

To Cryptopia,

Today morning, I sent about 4600+ ETN to Cryptopia this morning but didn't show up at Cryptopia but status completed at electroneum blockchain. I have the TX hash which was successfully completed! Now I'm really worried, pls help me get rid of this problem.

Anyway, The problem is from electroneum? or I might write down in to their support?

ETN wallet is in Maintenance thats why nothing goes on with transactions !

Excuses after excuses.    Roll Eyes What about thousands of people stuck at processing that has nothing to do with ETN?   Angry

Where's your sock muppet attacking your customers?   Roll Eyes

ETN wallet is in Maintenance thats why nothing goes on with transactions !
When he sent his coins there was no indication that the wallet was "in maintenance". I sent some ETN to cryptopia wallet after he did (before seeing his post), and even then it was showing as "online". That seems to be the main reason why people don't like cryptopia — it's too fucking slow. When I checked the coininfo page ~ 2 hours after I sent the coins, your wallet was 1500+ blocks behind (that's ~ 25 hours behind), and it was still saying "online" like it was all working fine. Your highest volume coin's wallet goes offline, and it takes you more than a day just to notice that? Is it really that hard to set up a system that automatically compares the block height with secondary/remote block explorer(s) and marks the wallet as "offline" as soon as it detects a serious discrepancy? It keeps happening over and over again, I can't remember how many times I sent coins to cryptopia wallets that had "online" status, waited for them to show up for a day, and only then you'd mark the wallet as "in maintenance" (meaning I won't see the coins for another day/week/month).

removed my negative feedback to OP..my coins are back after 2 months however some of these folks haven't resolved their issues with cryptopia yet..

Updates as of today:  Note this post is specific to Cryptopia.  It does not address problems with Heat Exchange or Web Wallet.

==> NO ONE MISSING DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS JAN 1 TO 22 HAVE RESOLVED THEIR SITUATION WITH MISSING COINS. <===

I have ticket open Jan 9, and another opened Jan 18 for a separate withdrawal.  Not a single reply.  The first ticket is 2 weeks ago.

Since last update, 4 more cases have been added.

Here are the people in this thread reporting deposit or withdrawal issues since Jan 1:
Xdragon - deposits not received on cryptopia Jan 3 (page 75)
DuvajBalone - ditto (page 76)
Sash_lav - ditto (page 76)
Mike1983 - ditto (page 76)
nonny12 - withdrawal not received (page 76)
moonstruck - ditto (page 76)
arielbit - ditto Jan 6 (page 79)
worldwide_wes - ditto Jan 9 (page 79)
khage - ditto Jan 10 (page 80)
benbutton - ditto Jan 7 (page 80)
TTE - ditto Jan 10 (page 80)
chiwalfrm - ditto Jan 9 (page 80) - 3 withdrawals, different amounts, all missing
pendula032 - ditto Jan 11 (page 80)
ylpkm2 - ditto Jan 11 (page 81) - says missing 10 withdrawals from Jan 11 but one from Jan 12 worked.
sikosomatik - ditto Jan 8 (page 82)
moonstruck - deposits missing Jan 15 (page 82)
*abudfv2008 - deposit missing from December (page 83)
*chiwalfrm - withdrawal missing Jan 17 (page 83) - yeah I am a glutton for punishment.
*MATHReX - withdrawal missing Jan 8 (page 83)
*Heisenfig - deposit missing Jan 21 (page 84)

* = newly added

Almost two months later and I still don't have my withdrawal from Cryptopia. They acknowledged that there was a problem with the withdrawal three weeks ago, but still haven't sent the coins. What a joke.

my coins are back in my cryptopia BIS wallet....

not withdrawing my coins yet...waiting for more info if this will not get stuck again

Way to many posts to comment on that I neglected to mention in my earlier post.

Simple truth is this, try the site out, come into the troll box and say hi, explore the site and you will be hooked on Cryptopia!

If this is it then I have been MIA!

Cryptopia's ETN wallet is stuck and is ~ 1500+ blocks behind. They don't seem to know about it themselves.

CEO Alan Booth on Customer Service Improvements
I have spent my first week identifying the major issues that need our urgent attention in order to fulfil our promise of delivering you a fast, secure and customer focused cryptocurrency exchange. Other than ensuring better infrastructure and security, delivering faster support response times is one of the biggest priorities.

In the interests of greater transparency, I wanted to share with you our ‘Customer Service Four Point Plan’ that will be delivered over the coming quarter. We want to demonstrate that we are committed to significant improvements to re-gain some of the ground we’ve lost due to our recent exponential growth.

1.       Cryptopia Help Centre
We have just launched our Cryptopia Help Centre https://www.help.cryptopia.co.nz. The objective in launching the Cryptopia Help Centre is to help on-board and support new customers navigate the Exchange as well as provide clear, accessible and relevant information to existing customers. We are aware that our support response times need dramatic improvement and this tool will help some customers self-serve for basic ‘How To’ questions. This Help Centre is being added to daily so please let us know via Facebook Messenger if you’d like information on a particular topic added and we will do our best to do so.

2.       Support system upgrade
We are working with a third party platform to implement a major ticketing system upgrade within the next two months to better manage our support enquiries. This will streamline many currently manual processes and better identify and triage urgent account issues. In the short term, we have just implemented a new ‘drop down’ for support queries that will reduce the wait time for urgent queries.

3.       More staff
We are currently training another support team in the UK to ensure we can offer 24/7 support. They will be operational very soon and we have also hired additional local support staff (we are adding to both teams as fast as we can). All support staff will be solely focused on getting through your support queries and delivering faster response times in the near future.

4.       Clear goals and targets
All of the above efforts amount to nothing without setting clear targets for the team to ensure we are 100% focused to deliver you better customer service. We are currently identifying fortnightly goals for the team to reach in order to reduce wait times for urgent issues within a 48 hour period.

We have a solid plan to deliver you a better customer service experience. Unfortunately, it does take time to ensure we are implementing long-lasting and effective tools for improvements that are scalable - so thank you in advance for your ongoing patience.

From our CEO

Alan Booth
Cryptopia CEO

The code always comes but that's the only thing that works.

Byteball (GBYTE - a top 100 crypto) has been frozen for almost 3 months.

My coins are confiscated from me and Cryptopia gives no guidance. I will be calling a NZ lawyer soon and let you guys know what can be done.
