I'm not trying to defend cryptopia here but
I received my BTX withdrawal in less than 10 minutes on sunday/monday midnight
though a few days earlier (friday) it took close 2 hours for my previous BTX withdrawal
so, cryptopia tried the best they can to fix whatever issues they have
It seems they are processing the withdrawals manually? can Lafu confirm this?

Yeb a lot of done manuall because they check every thing for !!!  You are right !

I've had a failed/pending/processing withdrawal for quite a bit now, and I'm not sure what's up?

Wow it's back in my account after 1 month and 8 days.  Roll Eyes  From .57 bitcoins worth of coins to .14 bitcoins worth now.  Couldn't collect masternode rewards over a month.  Roll Eyes  Embarrassed  I had to contact FDRS.  Roll Eyes  Funny you know who's coins are back in their accounts.  Cryptopia must put tabs on people to steal coins.

Once I sell this off I'm never going to use Cryptopia again.  Your quality of services and the support is laughable while you play hostage with people's money.  Trolling forums and deleting real issues at hand.  Not even a ticket reply or an apology for my losses.  Just cancelled withdraw.  Roll Eyes

I'm sure Cryptopia is losing customers everyday.  It's just going to get worse from here I'm sure.

I have contacted the FDRS today myself and will send Mr Dawson an email or 6 later...

Lafu has stated before that he's an unpaid moderator. I'm not sure how that qualifies him to make official statements about the solvency of the company.

Because i know and has nothing to do that i do this for free , and i have the qualifies  to make official statements about that , and if it is solvency so write this here too , because all should be know how the things and i guess 80 % of all crying users about news , are to lazy for read our news page !

1/ There are a lot of rumours that Cryptopia are insolvent and withholding funds
    to allow some breathing space.  Can you advise if this is True or False ?

2/ if the answer to question 1 is false, can you arrange for all "processing" transactions
    to be either processed or cancelled Today ?


Your current waiting time for tickets (28 days) raises a red flag for me...
27 or 29 days might be believeable, but 28 days seems just a little too convenient !!

Doesn't do anything to calm any fears. In fact, you further enhance the widely held view of insolvency..

All processing transactions can be cancelled by a press of a button, so I can't accept this.

I Now don't expect ever to recover what has (more than likely) been stolen from me.
I'll cut my losses and put them down to experience, in the folder along with other failed exchanges like Mtgox, Coinsmarkets etc.

Thankfully I can live with my losses here, but feel awfully sorry for the poor sods who have lost fortunes.

Hopefully the people who have contacted the NZ Government will recover something..

How hard can it be to keep wallets in sync and up2date? It's not brain surgery. Monero wallet is again few hundred blocks behind...

don't you understand? even if they refund to your account you cannot withdraw it because they probably don't have access to the coins?
That is why its "processing" for two months from first place.

Hi everyone this is my first post on the forum. Since about a week I can not log in to my account in cryptopia . I have information that the password or email is invalid. I did not change anything. I reset my password but I did not receive an email with a new password. I wrote to the support but I did not receive the answer from 4 days. My username is bruce77.  I have created an account on cryptopia exactly 11.06.2017, hour: 14:55-15:00. Since then I have been logged in under this email and no problem at all. I had an account above 8k verge. This is either some error from the cryptopia or this account has been stolen from me. If You would like to email me in a private message, I will send you a screen with an email from cryptopia with the login code from first of march .
