Now you can transfer pending and delayed prizes you have won directly on the advertiser's account using Payments page.
The only thing that seems wonky is the peerbet payout option. In the past it has worked, but due to something bit777 did it does not show up in your transaction history on peerbet.
In fact funds to Peerbet being credited, they just don't displayed in the transaction history. I think you should ask Bit777 to restore these stats.
Dailybitcoins has been and remains the best site for free bitcoins. Even with the recent reduction in the minimum award it still is a great faucet.

What date/time have you experienced slowdown? I see 300-400ms average response time on Pingdom report (checks the site every minute) today that is well enough.

We don't impose any restrictions on voucher resale, you can try sell them anywhere. I hope you understand how difficult it is to get a prize on your site...

You need to catch custom (non-booby) prizes and in fact you will get even more!

I am very upset about cut rate I was long time working on this now thinking to drop this idea 
As said before, I have added more custom prizes to compensate contraction of the booby prize. Unfortunately I had no other choice because advertisers plan their budgets mostly in fiat currencies and reduce CPC rates when BTC price goes up. We had to adjust booby prize's size according to the increased BTC/USD price. Much more custom prizes available now!
