thousands of times. panic is really enemy. selling in panic made me a broke. and at the end of the day you can always discover the reason for paniking was pathetic, usually it's lack of self confidence

Well i do that all the time I'll share one of my stupid decision, i bought a coin i don't went to say the name of it, and when the price was growing i was very happy and i just observed but in a moment the price was going down but with a few dollars i was in panic so i decided in that moment to sell them after that tataaaa the surprise the price was doubled after 10 minutes from my selling, i was really upset and i felt so stupid. The decision in a panic is a priori wrong. I am sure that you need to have complete composure and good blood if you want to earn

Yes, i am panic to sell my coins immediately because i need money that time and i am waiting for the big pump of that coin. But i need money... so i placed it in order. Then, couple of days past by, my tokens are sold and a big pump comes up to 200% so i am so disappointed and regret everything that i sell immediately my tokens...

So I don't see any reason to panic when price goes down, because we all believe that in time, it'll go back up again. Just be patient.
