The best thing to do in a market that induce panic is to first check on the fundermentals of coin you are holding, if the fundermental underneth your coin is solid, just ignore negative price actons!

I’m at the “I don’t give a shit stage” I invested what I could lose. So, I’m not worried either way. I have no Illusionary expectations, I love my life now and only now.
Decision in panic is cannot help you to think clearly so thatyou have to be calm first and make yourself have clearly mind before you decide. Also panicking won't help you and make you decide that possible you might regret. The best thing you can do is be optimistic because once you have clearly mind and you never be affected to the news about crypto, just be positive all the time.

Yes, This is a common mistake what maximum people do in real life and even in the crypto life! I am a strong crypto holder, I don't care about market downtrend, because I believe the market will be okay soon or later. But I wasn't ready to see ETH at 168 USD! When I saw that Price, My minds fell into the panic! I sold 5 ETH instantly! Though after sometimes I felt bad that I did a mistake by selling! Yes, That was my huge mistake and that decision came from the panic!
Yes, there were a lot of mistakes from me, I often bought very late because of this and lost money, now there were still a lot of mistakes not buying the coin correctly and again in the minus left but I think you need to be cold-blooded in the market

Yes. Especially right now where the market is unstable, sometimes I panicked and make a wrong decision just to think that my money will grow but in the end I still lose some profit.
It happens to me just recently, because I'm a newbie in trading and airdrops, I always check my portfolio and i notice that my bounty token just got up and i read in the telegram there are many people who sell so i sell mine for $5 and in the next morning the price of it just got up drastically i could get $20 for those if i do not sell it quickly and for airdrop i got phish multiple times but i did not use my main wallet so i'm still lucky though.
