I have done exhibitions before, though for my old family business, years ago. CYPRUS is also a very good country for exchanges, for tax reasons. They have a lot of Fx COMPANIES HERE, so maybe you can open another European branch here for example. I am counting down the days for when the exchange launches and my wallet made some nice DTEP babies in the last few days, which was pretty cool, so am staking nicely. DECOIN has received a financial services license to operate a virtual currency exchange and is now officially regulated in the European Union, allowing it to operate across all 28 member countries.

I would love to meet the DECOIN TEAM one day in some blockchain event, once I am able to travel around a bit. I am pretty excited about the launch of the Exchange on the 30th of April and have been keeping my coins to stake. I try to keep ahead of the curve in the telegram but what I like about DECOIN is they always send out emails to us for any new news, even got a HAPPY EASTER CARD in my mail yesterday which was pretty sweet. I want to also say HAPPY EASTER TO THE DECOIN TEAM AND DECOIN FAMILY! I just hope everyone doesn't dump the coin too cheaply, it could end up being like Binance coin one day a double-digit beauty!

However, the numerous conversations and recorded phone calls  with Jeffrey, and others, paints a completely different scenario.

You are correct in your assertion that investors caught up in this should seek legal recourse. We are aware of more than one group of investors who have decided to institute a class action procedure against these scoundrels. And has even gone to the extremes of enlisting the services of a private investigator to get to the bottom of the rot, and strengthen their class action lawsuit. And numerous investors have opened a criminal with the Georgian Prosecutors office and the Georgian police.

So if you are sincere about being a victim, and not the perpetrators of this scam (which I personally don’t believe based on the evidence that was sent to me), you should come clean and share the extent of your involvement in this mess, like Jeffrey has done. And maybe you will be able to clear your names.

I hate to say this but you are too assuming. We left keplertek because the environment there is so toxic already, with you probably one of the instigators of the movement to bring keplertek down. We are an independent contractor like every community management agencies here. A failed project doesn't mean its a scam, it could be a victim of a lot of things that have not fall into its right places. If Keplertek becomes a failed project and you come to giorgi and he doesn't want to refund your investment then you can go take the legal avenue to get back your investment. I'm not depending keplertek i'm just saying that as long as keplertek has not filed bankruptcy and people there are still working forward i guess, you just have to wait. And for the record, we were given due compensation. Now, if keplertek will be a failed project then what can we do? We gambled but we failed. If keplertek becomes a scam? Then you and i are both victims. Plain and simple. As i said earlier we are an independent services contractor.

By pretending Keplertek is legitimate project, when you know better, makes you an accomplice to their fraud, and people will start to question your other projects, as they see the same faces that had ripped them off before!

Everyone knows that your team left because you had not been paid for a year, and because the Georgian was upset with Jeffrey for admitting to everyone how your team was engaging in insider trading with locked tokens.
Do you even realise that is a criminal offence? Are you also busy selling Decoins under the counter?


How can you condone Giorgi banning investors from the US, after taking all their money, because he is scared they will go to the SEC, and he’s trying to bribe our publication to remove the article which warns investors, and exposes the scam?

People in crypto are waking up, and taking  a stand against these lowlifes who continue to steal from unsuspecting investors with impunity! Soon the world will be a very small place for the likes of you!

This is madness, we are a small team of professional community managers, we work on various crypto projects. Keplertek is one of the projects we handled. Keplertek was hit hard by the crypto winter as with most of its contemporaries who are either been closed long ago or has suffered the same fate with keplertek. And for the record, keplertek is not a scam, everybody knows its CEO, some of the investors have even come to his house in Tbilisi, Georgia and he is a prominent figure in his country not a good recipe to be a scammer if you ask me. And for the record, our team has quit keplertek ICO last month for reasons i don't like to discuss here.
