Yes. Unless some of the DT1's are excluded, in which case they can only vote for DT1 but can't vote for DT2.

Yes. 2x250-merit and 8x10-merit "includers" make the user eligible for the lottery, regardless of the status of the "includers" (could be scammers/sockpuppets/anything).

The way things are going, soon there will be no "other" DT1 members, only bounty hunters, sockpuppets, and sockpuppets of bounty hunters. Non-sockpuppeting users can't win against sockpuppets.

I was a close friend of Zepher. I believe you after reading the threads. I'm sorry, but even if someone gives you a green trust, it will still show his yellow as long as he remains in DT2. Don't worry about it.
Zepher was a bit over-protective of the forum for a period of time, and he did it well. Sorry you sort of ended up being collateral damage over joking, but sarcasm isn't recognized in writing really.

Flag abuse could be a thing, even though it doesn't matter for DT, if someone creates 30 sockpuppets to Support or Oppose a Flag, it does stand out by the number for anyone who checks the Flag.
