This Meta area should talk about how the DT system works - topics related to who deserves to be in DT should be kept to the reputation section.

Some users may not update their trust list for years.  The review you are linking to is not backed up by a link, and the tag should be changed to neutral. The first thing you need to do is write to him in a PM and then here, remember to tell him to revise his trust list.

Perhaps someone will delve into the proofs that you provided, but you did not mention that you have a red tag from LVLF and MoxnatyShmel. If you check carefully, then this user himself gave a refusal to be in the DT. And I agree with Nutildah that to talk about a person's judgment, you should at least look at his trust list. But even there, I do not see anything reprehensible. bubbalex is a bounty manager and, according to his colleagues, not a bad one. At least, I did not observe that he collected cheaters in his companies. And yes, I want to hear what these judgments a person can have, so that just without proof, publicly call on everyone to put a tilde on him?

You've listed the users he is "trusted by" -- not users he has trusted (added to his trust list). So if you want to judge the judgment of this person then you'll need to do it by something else... preferably his own trust list or trust ratings.

Here's another person who, in my opinion, should not be on the DT2 list. And although my vote doesn't solve anything at the moment, I decided to use the tilde. I have no complaints about this person, and in this particular case, the use of the tilde is not related to trade issues, but is related to the judgment of this person.

I posted that on April 6, 2019, 3 days after theymos updated DT1. Both before and after, Veleor had only included 9 users. He could have included one more the days in between, then removed it again. I guessed that's unlikely, hence my conclusion theymos may count DefaultTrust too.

No, LoyceV was right ... The conversation was about the fact that when updating monthly lists, Theymos is also guided by internal indicators of "inactive" (perhaps these are logs, but the point is that these indicators are similar to the BPIP extension).

All the more, if I remember correctly, LoyceV crossed out in one of his threads devoted to this issue the "rule of three days". I would be grateful if someone could refresh my memory by providing a link to this thread, because I don't remember where to look for it, (including title).
