Right up until moon landing SSSR was ahead of US, and if first competitor( and favourite to win the race at the time) didnt try or could to debunk all this, and that tells you everything you have to know about it.

The guy made an excellent point. Soviets had agents all over the US, they would have exposed anything they could find to come on top.

I was wondering all along, why you understood things the way you do. But now you tell us. You simply believe that spies and their governments are going to blurt out anything and everything that they find, even if it is the fact that they didn't find anything. Isn't that rather simplistic of you?
Have you never considered why they call them spies? Do spies run around telling everyone that they are spies? Rather, don't they covertly gather intel, and transfer it to their bosses? Then their bosses decide what info they are going to divulge, and which they are not going to divulge.
Were you a top USSR government man back in the '60s? Do you know why the USSR might inform average Americans of some things, but not of other things that they found out? Were you one of the spies, and now you are simply trying to hide that fact by your post?
