Don't get me wrong, I love your pool and I am mining there, i'm just not sure if we should expand, while the total hashrate is not rising atm.

We think 60 confirmations is fine
maybe we will lower it in the future but at this time it's enough. And a 100k tip seems a bit much right 
I been at pickaxe for a wile as well and i would just love a 10k tip

Checked my Debit AP on http://www.pickaxe.cc/digi/ I was getting auto payment every 3-4 hours, but now no payment since 8 hours. My rig mining all time no problem. Unless Someone explain me what happened then I will mine there no more.

autopayment seems to be working fine, but indeed, we're getting less coins since the diff is going up quite fast I guess
