There possibility that bitcoin will hit to 20,000 USD this year and many speculation are telling that bitcoin goes rise and double its value again like happen on previews year. Converting all alt is good idea but for now it better to wait and monitor the progress of bitcoin price in the market cap before you sell all your alt.
If you ask me that price of alts coin is increasing and decreasing for some days so its a chance to be a too high incoming days. So just hold your coins.

Just be sure to take profits little by little and keep a balance of btc and alts.. It is hard sometimes because there are so many interesting projects out there. I find myself buying alts more often than not and have to stop myself from zeroing out my btc position.

Yes and it's not just $20k there are possibilities that could reach $55k-$60k this year. For me if you're profit double on your altcoins atleast your should sell the half to recoup your investment then the rest sell on x10 or x100 it depends on your happiness on taking profits. Always remember that should take profit so whale cannot easily eat us. That's all thank you.
no, i think you should focus more on buying than selling because we're currently on dip right now. just keep holding your altcoins than selling without a profit.
For now all altcoin prices are down. I think this price will keep going down for a few weeks. You should not sell now. Last time the price is back up.

In my opinion, why should you sell all alts? If you lose money at a low price it is a natural thing. But because you have a need to buy something you can sell even if it is cheap. My filter is not to sell.
Dont sell yours alts just hodl them for long term and u earn a 100% reward fot this!alot peoples panic and sell all what they have and lose big money,just no need panic in hard times think 10 times what are u doing!

If i where you i will sell all of my altcoins when it pump because Bitcoins has a better future than altcoins and have a bigger percentage to pump again. Though altcoin has a chance to get bigger profit but it you could also lose bigger percentage. Do you think that BTC is going to reach 20k soon?
