In my own opinion, I think the reason why most people request for loan in other to use it for gamble, probably someone can work up to you it might even be your closest friend you share the same idea with as the case may be,telling you that a friend of his who is from england sent him a tips,mean while this same person sent him a tips of which he was not aware of it not until he sees the outcome of it that's when he told him about it.

His  friend was very much upset with him telling him that he would have involved him in the first place,that had it been he told him earlier that he would have been in the same winning line with him.
