Not all ICO projects are scam but this might really be not the time for ICO investments because of the negative market scenario this year which highly affects the market value of ICO tokens upon being listed in different exchangers, negatively. We should rather wait for recovery to hapen in cryptomarket and avoid selling the token holdings. Be patient for now and wait for changes to occur that will turn the tables around. Yes i agree with you 70 percentage of icos are scam but that is not mean they died already. Only in bear market collecting money is getting more hard day by day and
after hitting exchanges tokens are rekting more easily than before so they are not doing ico in that time that is the only reason.
Your statement is the wrong mate, all ICOs are not bad. Still, many ICO projects are doing great. Though this year was ICO scamming year, but scam zone is over I think, now only good ICOs will stay long! There are several good ICO running, like datablockchain, Arround, kamagames and so on! one curious thing, how can you wear that signature?
ICO is not over, just the ICO boom era is over. People are no longer crazy with the ICO, Investors are becoming more and more careful with each project. So bad projects and scams are less likely, In my opinion the really good ICO will still grow.

It is understandable that we have many scam project,but at the same time there are some projects that are still unique.If investors should stop investing in ICO,it may affect the good project.As investors,we just need to make proper research before we invest in any project.Bounty hunters also need to stop promoting any project in despiration for rewards.
I think that there are still promising ICOs, but to find them is problematic. I temporarily stopped investing in ICOs. I believe that at the moment it is too risky because of the negative market and a huge number of scams.
I think it is not fair to quickly claim that all ico are scams. Yes there have been a lot of scam ico lately but I believe there are still good ones available out there. It is just a matter of how well you spot and find a good ico to invest in. I think we should be spreading awareness on how to spot a good one and how to avoid a scam ico more than to spread words that ico are all scams.
In my opinion, not all ico are ugly, there are still good and clear ico, if you are interested in investing in ico you must be good at choosing ico which is good and worthy of being made an investment, learn more in detail
In general I'd recommend not investing in an ICO unless you really do their research on them and make sure they're run by real people. ICOs are risky but they have the potential to really pay off. So long as the large reward is there, people will take the risk.

With the millions of people who are into crypto currency right now, it is sad to say that there are still people who will fall to the trap of scammers with sweet tongue. It would be good if the team that planned to launched an ICO should be verified thoroughly if they are legitimate or not to prevent another scam. The World Do not need new tokens at all. It is not over yet.
There are still projects with unique kind of features. Yeah I am seeing a repeated kind of project but there may be a genius that will suddenly rise and would need the ICO for his project to be funded.
As log as we pick the right ones then the scams will stop.
Scammers are everywhere, although you provide other ways to promote a project (without ICO), they will be there. For me, the point is you should be smarter and more selective to choose ICO. Let ICOs run normally, but investors and bounty hunters or another part related to ICO must know a real ICO or the fake one. Why don't we think about this: (1.) Provide more strict regulation in ICO registry (2.) The team members of ICO needs to apply the process with KYC. Note: If it is possible to be implemented, at least it can minimize the fake people.

So they should just get funded by VCs, Why do they need tokens & billions of USD? Even 1 million $ is enough for every single project!How much was the Whole ethereum project hardcap ?
ICOs cannot keep robbing people with white papers. 99% of icos scamming people! For example Recently GoNetwork basically did that. Raise 50 million and now have market cap of 3 million. And they have absolutely nothing to show for it.

At least if we believe with the project, just wait in market and buy it. When in market, all price is depends from traders, even if profit is not big as investor from the project, at least we can get what we look for, profit.
If no one invest in ICO, who would then? ICOs are just like fuel in the crypto space. They are the ones giving crypto more popularity and withspread dissemination of info.
