Bitcoin has performed extraordinary of late and any investor would testify how happy they are for making the decision for investing in bitcoin, ethereum has not been in the news for any tangible changes for quite some time despite being stable, even dash did much beta imo but in regards to choosing with of the two I would invest in, ofcourse, bitcoin is the best option here.

There are plenty of smart contract platforms like Ethereum. In my opinion sometimes it could be replaced by some more suitable project. BTC could be replaced too, but the confidence that BTC got from community couldn't be lost. So my bet is bitcoin Wink

I choose to trade eth but hold btc, meaning buy eth convert into btc and take profit as currency. Eth is stable ( agree with you ) that's why invest is a good option. But after convert into btc, I'll trade it with long time period. Until now, my trick still give me income and no need more time front of pc. I'll do it until the end of crypto world and good luck with you.

I choose to hold both, bitcoin can give as so much profit and i know ethereum will be next coin to bitcoin ,since i don't need to choose between of them i will do hold the different coin.

Ether I like more, because it did not become very slow, like bitcoin. But for investments it is more reliable to use bitcoin. I have already seen this for several months

Unfortunately correlation between bitcoin and ethereum is so big that is holding eth at the current level. if it can break that resistance area, there is nothing to stop eth to skyrocket.

I have bitcoin and of course eth. I think bitcoin and eth are quite promising in the next few years. I accidentally keep it in my wallet for 2 years to come.

Actually I do tend to hold into both cryptocurrencies which are Bitcoin and Ethereum because for me, it will be a good choice and decision on engaging into those two so that I can have beneficial results that I can obtain frok both cryptocurrencies. Even though bitcoin undergoes volatility, I still tend to hold into bitcoin because I do believe that after every drop, a rise or a pump will be next into it which is beneficial same with Ethereum.

of course for now I definitely choose buing eth, besides the price is not too high in the price of Bitcoin now that has soared. I think ETH also has a good prospect for its future, seen from ico and token new now mostly use t an ETH walle.
however we still have to refer to valid information and evidence. so we couldn't get caught

I choose both, they held the number one and two spot you are foolish if you are not holding both, the chances of ethereum to be worth thousands of dollar in the future is not that remote, of course Bitcoin is the main currency and it's now worth over 9000 dollar I prefer 50/50 on the two currency.

Asides the incident that happened earlier this year that caused some huge dip for Ethereum, you can go back to the charts to find out that it has done pretty well in movement.

You can make use of coinmarketcap https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/ to find that out. BTC has grown so fast and sure, I would not deny the fact that when it comes to security, I will give it to BTC.
However, when it comes to profit and you were able to get your ETH secured before the compulsory ETC fork, trust me, from around $10 to more than $400 in 1 year, you should be in big bucks right now.

I would choose an ethereum for one simple reason, it costs much less and because of this I would choose it exactly

Things and speculations are getting complicated.
Economically, large economic players are already into bitcoin while they are still waiting for ethereum to perform.
If bitcoin can reach 1100, ethereum can reach 5000 by the end of 2018.
