I think it makes more sense to keep Ether. Because Ether will be superior to the rising rates between them. For example Bitcoin 3x will make ether 5x easily. I think this will happen in 6 months.

Considering the price of BTC, i'll hold BTC until it recover same for ETH price, everything is low now, better hold and be patient
I will hold both ETH and BTC, half for ETH and half for BTC, which will limit the risk if I suddenly need money! If I need money and only hold ETH, but now BTC is increasing and ETH is down, I have to sell it then I will lose capital!

Yes, I hold more ETH, it looks bitcoin just a bit. Because bitcoin has a lot of fluctuations, it can be very beneficial, but it also means higher risk. I prefer to keep both Bitcoin and Ethereum, plus a few more major altcoins. This allows at least somehow to insure risks in this unpredictable crypto market.

The Experience Layer of the Decentralized Internet
Though the btc and ETH are falling, I still keep my ETH and btc for both, I do not like trade them frequently since I treat them AD longterm investment, no need to do that.
Investing in ETH is my strategy when deciding to invest in the cryptocurrency market. Because I was convinced by the fast pace of service, quality, safety of ETH in 2017 and marking $ 1000 in January this year is proof for that.
