Why not HODL both?
Both coin have a different approach to solve the scalability issues, therefore it might end up in different price range.
All in, you can put your money in those to coin with a great benefit in a long term HODL.

I think it is better to hold bitcoin and ethereum and another coins too. Diversification. It is make your risks lower than if you hold only one coin and invest all your money in it.

In a way of profitable maybe I'll choose both of them because they are profitable coin. Bitcoin and Ethereum is on the top and both of them has a strong potential to make you rich somehow they stabilize the way to make more invest prepare a better future. I prefer to hold both ETH and Bitcoin because they are both strong, and i suggest you to not focus on 1 coin but diversify your portfolio.

As we all know these two coins have great value, but if i will choose to hold, i'll go to Bitcoin, because Bitcoin value is more or huge rather than Ethereum, yes Ethereum value is good but it can't defeat or overtake Bitcoin.

It's better to have diversified percentage of investment.
We must look at the market floating ratio and choose what's the coin that'll receive the biggest percentage of your investment. Then invest a good portion in the other one and for a smaller amount, invest in minor altcoins

For me i want to hold the same coin. Because they have the same potential to make double in this year. Bitcoin get more many investors this year but because of the fake news the weak hands sell there bitcoins that why bitcoin will dump. And the ethereum has many successful tokens and ico token that circulate in ethereum blockchain.

I think i would definitely choose Bitcoin to hold for long term while Ethereum i will use for icos and trade short term with alts. Better to hodl either Ethereum or Bitcoin for long term.

I think most of people are taking the strategy of holding cuz they bought BTC when it had much higher price like 15-17K, but in case with Eth we have exactly opposite, most people did it when it was about 300.

I currently have the same amount of bitcoin and ethereum. Sometimes I sell bitcoin and ethereum when both crypto values are in very high value, but when bitcoin and ethereum are decreasing in value, I will gradually buy bitcoin and ethereum.

As for me, I hold both ethereum and bitcoin. I am holding 40% of bitcoin and 60% ethereum. I hold more ethereum than bitcoin because the transaction fee in ethereum is lesser than bitcoin. I also believe that they are both good crypto. Bitcoin already reach its peak while ethereum is on the way to reach its peak value. So, the potential of earning from investment is much feasible in ethereum. But, keep holding bitcoin is still important because it is the king of crypto and all crypto only conforms with it.

I would like to hold both the bitcoin and the Ethereum as well it is good to use bitcoin and Ethereum for holding strategy So i prefer the Ethereum now to hold for future and bitcoin i will use for different transactions as well it is normally know that Ethereum is replacing bitcoin but it is not true every currency have their own importance and if i choose in these two i will hold Ethereum and bitcoin as well.
