If we can still run our daily obligations, such as when we are already married and we have not forgotten our duties as head of the family, then gambling is not a shameful thing. exactly mate those who got addicted are the one who needs to be ashamed since they are forgetting their obligation and they wrecking their life with this activity its really hard for them to quit as their minds already been polluted by this bad habits and what matters most is just to keep playing whether they win or lose they just wanted to satisfied their addiction very shameful.

As long as gambling doesn't effect my life and my family i don't feel either shame or proud. I've been gambling for so many years and I follow most important gambling rule - don't lose what you can't afford to lose. Only people who can't control themselves with that rule and waste all they can waste should feel shame.

I guess we need not to be ashamed for involving in gambling activity even we are having whatever purposes with it. Because you will have your own justification for your motivation, with that, you will never need to worry about what other people's opinion will be the having on you. Just get your motivation filled up and move on.

That is because it would be more entertaining when we involve others to play with us, actually it's not a sin to do gambling but since we are all unique individual, there are people who think it's bad and that kind of thinking is immature. No one controls us and whatever our actions we are accountable with it, we experience the consequences alone if we are doing bad, so their words is nothing if they do not know us well.

practically speaking you are correct no one controlling us its our choice if we want to do something whether is good or bad in the eyes of others as long as we still in control of the situation and we are not bothering anyone there's no need to be ashamed just maybe its much better to disregard whatever they want to say or think about you.

Well, that's something to be ashamed because in the first place you do not need to entrust your daily needs in gambling due to its uncertainty. winning and losing is normal it's colorful game
don't know how boring then if you keep winning and having no lost at all

actually there's no reason for you to feel shameful in front of your friends knowing that you are a gambler unless you are just unemployed and Idle person but still dealing with gambler . you don't have to be shameful as long as you have money earned by yourself to bet and you are not losing so much money from gambling . people who must shameful are those people who are very addicted and doing unnecessary things in order to get through their vices .
