Going mad is an understatement. I go really crazy it felt like a curse. I sold CAKE at $0.69 only for it to pump to as high as $45 few days ago. I also sold over 100 B SAFEMARS for around $300 just to discover what I sold was later worth $73,000 just 1½ months after. One can now see that mad is an understatement. I'm even still crazy about everything now.

Nope. That's what we call "emotional discipline", besides before you will sell your holdings, make sure first if you are fully aware of the possible outcome. Set first your TP amount wherein you will satisfied and fullfilled with that amount you have set up so that you are mentally and emotionally prepared if the amount will increase after you sold.

Risk is trading and it is commonplace. This concerns a person's physiology and time, this is what we should know when we position ourselves as traders. meaning that our initial studies and technical analysis are fundamental in my opinion.
The main thing that must be in a trader besides capital is his foresight and diligence in seeing and reading all the latest crypto news even though some of it is not related to trading, which however will have a big influence on the market.

I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.

Sometimes i regret selling, while sometimes i just try not to look at the particular crypto anymore to avoid having regrets.

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?

You simply have to let it go and move on, the alternative is letting it eat you up with regret - nobody should want that. I've made plenty of investing mistakes in the past and one key point that has been missed: Don't be afraid to cut your losses either. I've bought company shares in the past, figured out it was a bad decision and then decided to sell after losing half my money (only a few hundred) but the share continued to drop until it was worth 10% of my original purchase amount. I was actually happy to only lose 50% instead of 90% of my investment and that itself is a good lesson to learn. Keep emotions out of it and accept that everyone is able to make wrong decisions, it is what you do after re-evaluating the information that truly makes a long term great investor.

It happens and its a common thing with most of the investors/traders and you know we can not exit always at the peak point so sometimes we regret later that we sell earlier and we can not do anything on this. So we should chill and move on and consider this as a learning. Even sometimes we are lucky that we sell at the right time.

I sold DOGE 35,000 coins about half a year ago. And how can I be angry with myself now or not? Before that, I held them for a whole year, and they cost less than I bought them. And when the price went up, I sold them twice from the purchase price. It seems to be not bad, but now it is an abyss) But I do not reproach myself for this, at that moment, I believe, I made the right decision. And if you made a decision, then there is no need to regret, whatever it may be.

if angry it seems not, if disappointed and sad it is certain. no matter the slightest frustration there will always be because of our wrong decisions. the world of crypto & trading in particular cannot be far from the decisions taken. it all depends on each of us. the important thing is not to give up easily, let alone give up.
I agree with this, because our assets including coins are things that are beyond our control, if I sell coins in an urgent situation, of course I have no right to be angry because this is urgent, unless I sell coins to improve my lifestyle, of course I will regret it in the future. the day the coins I sold were priced higher than the previous phase.

Nope! I don't get mad in the first place, because it is my decision to sell it, and that's part of being a trader here in cryptocurrency.
And I experienced this several times every time I do day trade in some of the exchange site platforms. That's why as individual traders
we really have an understanding about in trading here that's the truth.

It is an integral part of a trader's life. If you trade on a daily basis, there will always be a better time to get in or out. The most important thing is to realize that UNREALIZED PROFIT IS NOT A LOSS. Don't count the money you don't have, you can go crazy with it Smiley

I think its a normal feelings to become lonely or mad or angry when we sold our crypto and it goes higher after. The best way to deal with it is acceptance and moving on because if we continue  regretting nothing help and remember that time can never be regained. Also in this industry we need to learn how to control our emotions and to become always cool in every situation.

Calming down and making the right decisions is the key to success. What we need is to analyze carefully before making a decision to buy and sell. Once you've made a decision, there's no regret. Practice accepting.
Maybe then it will go up very high, thinking we're unlucky. Set goals for the things that you invest in, when you have achieved it, stop, . No regrets

To solve this situation I will remember and write down the last price I sold, when the price was below my selling price. it's the perfect time to reinvest or trade. to wait for the price same with our target, better if we look at another coin or token project. But we still have to check the progress of the price of the coins that we have marked. no need mad or regret it

Without such anger, we do not always predict correctly. When I first invested, so did I. But slowly I calmed down with my decision. When you've made a decision to sell, there's nothing to regret.
Human beings have bottomless greed, always wanting more. Once you've reached your goal, you ×2×3 accounts. So set clear goals.

I always think about how much profit I made in the long run and how much I could have lost if I hadn't sold and the price fell. It always helps

After this Saturday, the number of people who bought dogecoin at a higher price has increased. I would have been one of them, but I'm already resistant to being mad after such price drops. Because I know that the price will roll back anyway. Cryptocurrency is all about being calm and have patience. If a person is smart enough, he could always exchange this "low prices" cryptocurrency which is on hype and growth and not only return his losses, but also earn.

Crypto market unpredictable.  My prediction is mostly wrong here.  For example, when I sell a crypto, its price goes up. Again, when i hold a crypto, its price goes down.  So after selling any crypto I think that was my destiny. So I don't get upset about that anymore.
I can see you are a optimistic person, i am not so optimistic like you. Sometimes i would depress very much that the token i have sold and its price pump soon, unless i dont know.. So generally i am not to notice about the coin i have sold.

Well, I feel anger and regret at first. Asking myself, why didn't I waited longer for the coins price to increase further before I sold them. That always has been my initial reaction. But for me, those emotions only lasted for an hour and nothing worse will come out of it after. Eventually I would calm myself down and think to myself that we do not know the future so we really don't need to be regretful always. What I do from That point is to sell little by little until I am satisfied with the performance.
