I often experience this incident when I sell a token that I get from the bounty the token price actually went up very high for example AME and YOUC
at that time i was selling cheaply when a few months later the pump price was high, I think I get annoyed and quite disappointed

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?

It's something that you cannot avoid, and will never avoid, always prepared to encounter this, I myself encounter this so many times I even had a coin where it gets pumped three hours after I sold that coin, things like this happen and sometimes, there's a circumstance where you bought a coin and it gets pumped hours after you bought.

Never encountered that because I don't go all-in and all-out.
Why can't people see that it is a bit draining to see zero balance even if you got your profit?
Like my experiences in various coins like ETH and BTC, they were never left out zero and I just sold some bits of it then continue holding.

If there's anything I regret, it would be not learning crypto earlier pre-2017.

Everyone has experienced something like that, but there are some people who can go through it. if that happens to me, I will improve my trading plan, I will see the chart and the moving average price at that time. and looking for news about crypto. I am looking for momentum to buy, and determine at what price I should sell
The problem is such pump that happens after we sell is totally out of our control, you just can't know whether the coin will go beyond the price when you were selling or instead dumping and trading plan honestly have a very little to do with it except you want to spread your sell order across many price point then maybe that could minimize the risk of selling to early.

Because no one had made a perfect prediction when it comes to cryptocurrency. At the same time, there is no reason for us to get mad when after we have sold that crypto coin the price gets higher than the price when we have sold it because we have a reason why at that price we sold our crypto coin. And i guess it was enough to justify why at that certain value we decided to sold it, sometimes it is due to the call of necessity and so on.

Trading can be a emotional rollercoaster. When you buy it’s best you buy in something you really stand behind and believe in. Make a plan when to sell or until when to hold. What your exit strategy is instead of checking other coins/tokens that are performing better and you sell to buy something else and FOMO trade into something else. When it’s good it will make you profits eventually.

The market always work in revised direction for me. Once I sell off my assets the market go up and whenever I buy high the market drop. So the technique is don't get too greedy.

This can't go on forever, it's possible that you don't have enough experience yet to make decisions like opening or closing a trade. There will definitely come a time when after you sell your coins, the market will fall and vice versa, after you buy, the market will start to grow.

this happens to almost everyone, its a fact that no one can predict a top clearly or bottom clearly. you just have to pick a take profit point and move on. just as you wish you sold higher you could have sold lower also. its a mix, no exact solution to it. you can sell in batches , and always be sure your capital and little profit is out.

Anything is possible in cryptocurrency. There is nothing mad about it. It is wise to accept everything. This is what happens to me most of the time, the point you mentioned. The price of the coin I hold goes down and the price of what I sell goes up. So I now resort to the new method, and that is to cash out whenever some crypto is deposited.

I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.

Sometimes i regret selling, while sometimes i just try not to look at the particular crypto anymore to avoid having regrets.

It's pretty much the same for me here. I only invest small amounts of FIAT into crypto in the hope of a real life changing moonshot. So i haven't really sold anything of my positions yet because i still hope they go higher.
I recently sold all my coins of a small project who was at 18 dollars at it's ATH during the 2017 bullrun and now i sold it for 0,14 $. In that case of course i regret that i didn't sell back then  Smiley

Not really because when taking profit we all know that market can go up or down later so if goes up there should be no hard feelings because it could have gone down as well and secondly why regret if you have sold in profit from your purchase price.

When I sell a coin and the price goes up afterwards, I don't get mad.  I get FUCKING PISSED!!!!!!!!!

Same happen with me most of the time. The question is why does it happen with most of the traders ?  Either its that we trade without doing the TA and FA analysis or its just bad luck. That's another reason i do not prefer future trading and happy with the spot trading.

It happened to me twice this very year, first was around 6000$ and the second was 4000$, I sold the first for 500$ when it seems like the dump will keep going on and the project will never recovers and the second project was sold at 1000$ and later pumped too, I would have been in a more happy mood right now but can't turn back the hands of time the deal is already done

It can't be avoided. It's frustrating every times and there will be moments that you may not want to sell anymore but that's the lesson. Of course you should learn the next time, and don't try panic selling just because the price is not looking good. It's really good to have a plan and stick to it, no matter what. If you have no goals then surely you look like wandering and you don't have a track to go to.

That is natural response and everyone feels this but personally i feel more depressed when we get continuosly red days in the market like we are seeing these days but hopefully the bulls will continue after this short term correction.

Dealing with it exponentially becoming easy as time and your experience progress. You becoming stable and stable on how would you put your mind in-case something happen, and you would not be surprise cause you already experienced it.

But by personal experience, the first trades is disappointments and blame for myself, as I feel I can do so much better, but I always made up my mind after 1 hour of dealing with it and simply move with another trade. Cause I know myself that I followed my plan and execute it the way I hope it.

Not angry but often I am disappointed about the decisions I have made by selling cheaper altcoins. As we know that nowadays when the market is bullish there may be some people who sell too quickly. in principle, I will not regret it because I already have my own target when to buy and sell. if we follow greed it will only hurt ourselves. maybe now if we regret nothing will change
A recommended way to trade is like that, to set your own goal rather than just following along the bullrun or bearish because there's just too much of deceit by the market chart.
I'm myself have experienced that like so many times it feels really sucks at first but then we get used to it because the market is definitely out of our control. No point in regretting I guess, if we made profit despite the market keep going up I guess thats fine.
