when lambo...
I really afraid of missed profits. Thats why im hodling for already several years
Now I wonder how much profit you gained from holding several years since you said that you're already holding it and by holding for that long time doesn't necessarily guarantee that you gonna get a big chunk of profit.  I know that people pointing out not to sell too early and hodling it but hodling for too long you could also miss the opportunity to sell.
If he is just holding for shitcoins, more likely he still got nothing as we mostly experience for these coins. Too bad we wasted a lot of time holding and get nothing in the end and I was hopeless then to think that there is a chance to get some profit with them.

I just hope that he got a few dollars enough to repay him for how many years keeping his coins. It is gonna be like a game of luck that someday he will be a lucky person and won the jackpot. Because reality, only a few coins that have been long-dead manage to create hype but the majority are still staying in the dark.

Yes! That is the irony known as unlucky.  I kept ETH in 2018 from $ 800 until the market was hit by a lot of bans and triggered an extremely pessimistic sentiment.  In the end, when I couldn't curb the thirst of anger, I sold all my ETH for $ 150.  It is a lesson in perseverance.  You can keep choosing HOLD the "right time" but at the right time is completely different!
Wow! You're every right to be mad but I'm still surprised though you sold your investment at lost price when the cryptocurrency profitable investment advice was not to sell at lost price cause the price of the market will always reach another ATH after Bitcoin halving.

The thing is you never know the dip and the top. You only know it after it happened. So don't worry about dips and tops, just set a price target and when it hit the target take action. Otherwise you can complain every day about price, nobody can see the future. Sometimes I feel same, especially if the coin is one of my favorites and I sell early. If you trust a coin in long term then you better stay away from daytrading. That's the best advice I can give to you.
Indeed we cant certainly say if the price already reach the top. Thats why having a set target price is better unless if you're planning to hold for long period and disregard the value even its already good to sell.

On the other side if ever you sell your coins early, then the price started to increase further, my advice is dont feel bad. Dont check on the price if you already sell because it can cause you a hard feeling of selling early. Move on or wait for another dip to buy back again.

Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.

Sometimes i regret selling, while sometimes i just try not to look at the particular crypto anymore to avoid having regrets.

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?

yes man, now i learn from my experience and i didn't sell all my coins,
for example: i have about 1000 cardano in my wallet, then i will sell about 600 Cardano in $0.8 , and the rest i will keep it for long term
Well, It is just your choice to hold it for a long-time coz even we don't ask, you have the feeling that this coin Cardano will increase its value in a perfect time and it gives you a chance to multifold your investment. Strong hands are the only ones that can do this, weak-hands could never take that long and they will sell it immediately once they are good already with the profit.

I also do the sell in batches but sometimes, were not so lucky to have a good chance to get in timing and sometimes, the prices drop more and we feel regrets then and blame ourselves why I never sold it all while the price is high? Luck will sometimes occur here and we are lucky when we got on time.

Predict on Crypto market is so much tough. No one can surely tell that how much a coin Price will increase. Sometimes we sold some coin and after that this price increase more than 2x, 3x, 4x and more. Even sometimes we hold some coin for getting its Price higher but those coin price getting low. This is happening all the time. Personally i am not getting mad when i see some coin i sold and its price go to moon. Sometimes i sold 75% coin with profit and hold 25% for the future. If price decrease then i have no loss. Or if price increase i am being satisfied with that. This is my trick.

Campaign Management?"Hhampuz" is the Man
I think it is necessary to choose a strategy and strictly follow it. If the deal is positive by a predetermined percentage, then the asset must be sold. Taking profit is already very good. I try not to look at the asset after the sale.

Very well gesture, don't look back after you made your call. if everything is according to your plan then so be it.

Most of the time regrets happened when you are looking back and you keep following the asset that you already let go, it's understandable
to feel that you made a stupid decision losing the full potential but things won't change anymore.

What's done is  done! keep it that way and move forward.

I think everyone suffers for this condition. We have nothing to do after selling our valuable asset. We can't predict exact the price so it is not a worthy to get mad when price goes higher after selling.

faced lot of time . last i remember price was 3.5K i sold 4BTC . and right after one week price raised about 80% .
When bitcoin price more crashed 3.7k per bitcoin them I sold 1.87 btc and bought a motor bike with 300k my native currency. But now bitcoin already Mooned but I have no bitcoin in my personal wallet.

Yeah,,, right. All you guys talk about so many Bitcoins but here you are posting about a nonsense topic with all those losses. Can you prove you own the addresses that had those 4 BTC and 1.87 BTC?

I mean if you sold them at a low, then you took on a lot of losses. Who would do that after waiting so long? Does not make sense at all.

Even professional traders have experienced it, disappointment is sure to exist and this reaction is perfectly normal because we have just wasted a golden opportunity.

No one is exempted, not everytime you make a right call from your trade.

There's still some time that your anticipation exceeded behind your knowledge.

This is the real cryptocurrency, bullish and bearish always side by side decorating market movements, and we will never know when it will happen.

Affected also by too much volatility, we should live with this kind of situation,

accept and don't relied with the past, instead, work more to find new opportunities.

Don't be too sorry for what happened, You still have the chance to get the most out of other coins that have huge growth potential.

There are still available asset, just need to work and continue the chase.

You should reconsider your strategy, because holding is not always a way out. There are great number of altcoins which value drops down everyday and it never recovers back. For example recently I could have sold Tozex tokens at the price of $1.31 and now they cost $0.7. What is the point of holding it? That is your case - "afraid of missing profits". I have missed my profit. Your strategy works only with Bitcoin. Yet again, to resist FOMO, I advice from time to time sell a little part of holdings.

In general, I'm already used to situation that price goes up after I sold Bitcoin or altcoins. Also I'm already used to not selling with highest price and keep holding till altcoins is almost worthless. That is all because you cant earn all the money in the world.

Its depend on the situation because sometimes no matter how the coin will go higher after you sold, you profits was already satisfying..the situation that always make me in total rage is when i sold a coin after a long time of sterile patience the price started to growing up...thats the moment when you feel that you are cursed or somthing like that 😂

it seems like what you experience that almost all traders experience it, it is due to a lack of understanding in reading market charts and of course also has the same feeling. In recent days the movement of altcoins has also gotten out of hand, so many traders have experienced the same thing.

Wow, this is amazing, when did you sell 1.87 btc of Bitcoin? because if you sold it this month in the past few days, it seems that it is not only a motorbike that you can buy, but a car that is more luxurious than a motorcycle.
